I loved watching Fitz play. No matter which team he was on, I knew he was going to sling it, but the style and that "Fitz" Look is missed. Nobody did it like Fitz. Whit's one of the best to ever do it. To see two greats at their positions team up and hear you guys talk about the game and stories, without the "Stephen A Smith's" always trying to chime in with their b.s. false narratives is refreshing. Lifelong subscriber here. Thanks guys.

I'll throw this out there: Once you stop living the workout/pro-athlete/soldier/whatever-else-is-physically-demanding lifestyle you have to 'reset' your calorie intake habits at least a bit. For me, it was breakfast on the chopping block.
Once I left the military, I still ate a working man's breakfast because I was used to burning 500 calories before breakfast even starts. Obviously, the 10-15 lbs I put on right after I got out showed how flawed that plan was. Now, I fast. It took about 3 months to get used to it, but I don't eat after 11PM (usually earlier than that, really) or before 11AM now - coffee and a small amount of fats only. Between that and cutting down on the booze calories, I dropped back down to me 'entry weight' (what I weighed when I joined the Army at 20. I have a set of the camo pants issued to me in 2002 that I still use to do yard work), and have maintained that pretty easily. Plus, I like to cook, and we eat pretty healthy dinners, etc. which helps maintain.

Flores is your CLASSIC Belichick "disciple". Meaningless targets to send messages get you fired and forgotten... Whatever team next hires him will regret it.

I think Minnesota is pretty happy with the hire. 😮

Brian Floes is a terrible head coach and a terrible human...
He should be the Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator for the next 10 years... yeah, that's the ticket.

I love Fitzy, but he may as well have dropped his weight to 225 or 220 to avoid the fines. Sometimes, it’s best to be 5-10 pounds underweight so the fines and sauna trips can decrease.

From what I've seen This guy Fitzpatrick is a big baby and is always crying about something. I think Brady knew about that that's why he didn't shake his hand, he'd heard too many stories of this guy being such a jerk.

Bitching about not making weight as a professional athlete is crazy, especially when you can eat most meals at the facility.

Bitching about players weight in a sport that DON'T HAVE WEIGHT CLASSES and it's what's REALLY CRAZY! 🤡🤡
And about having meals at the facility: FOOD ISN'T FOR FREE IN ALMOST EVERY NFL TEAM!
Plus no nutritional plan for the players makes it even worst! They have food but it's FAAAAR AWAY from being HEALTHY FOOD!
