Congratulations! May I ask what your profit margins are like?
Thank you! A 10-15% margin plus a 5-6% salary is pretty typical, though the margins fluctuate a bit on a variety of factors. My management overhead is about 15%. Being that time freedom is more important to me, I choose to have more managers so I can be hands off on the day to day operations. In addition, we do a lot of donating and employee bonuses (last year was about 20k in bonuses alone), so that causes the actual profit to look lower. It is a very individual thing for each company depending on how the owner chooses to use the money! I hope that helps :)
