Hey there! What a great birthday trip for your daughter! Keep in mind that NY fashion week happens twice a year: once in February and once in September, so it may need to be an early bday trip. Tickets are free, but you’ll need to request them from each designer’s PR personnel via email. Make sure you look at the schedule noted in the video, it comes out for each season at least a month before. You most likely won’t be able to get backstage, but there are tons of free after parties and events happening throughout the week. (Not sure if there’s an age limit). To make the trip more memorable overall, I would spend some time in the garment district and shop the various fabric stores (including Mood Fabrics of course) and maybe see if you can schedule a tour at FIT and/or Parson’s in case your daughter is interested in attending a fashion school.
Hi @sys691. I'm curious if you took your daughter to NYFW for a Birthday Trip and if so how was it? I have a similar trip I'm trying to plan for my daughter and also look for tips and advice. I think @BRAVEMOODE Advice below sounds excellent. Please LMK
Hi there! Thank you for watching! You don't have to put any special and you can keep it brief. Simply say who you are, what you do, and kindly request a "press pass". Your subject line can simply read "Press Pass Request". I hope this helps!
Are there any requirements for photographers in order to attend NYFW IN THE US and over sees I read that sometimes there might be a fee for some events that we might want to attend like the fashion shows but some MIGHT be free and just attend like street
I’m late but I am a college marketing student, I plan to get a couple internships. As a marketing student would I be able to attend?

Hi! I love this video and was wondering if you could give tips on what to put in the email I send to the designers. :)
