If it is put underneath, fro example, a house, the house will have to be excavated if there's a problem. Highways are also used as the "highway" for the sewage system, connecting town's sewage and disposing of it

I love how you played as DOT even though DOT is completely broken in normal servers none of the things will spawn in I was in a server for 5 hours there were eight calls I went to none of them were even spawned in there's two cars I needed to get they won't even spawned in oil that I need to get wasn't even spawned in two trees that were down that didn't even spawn in ERLC needs to fix the dot team.

I think it's got some issues but it's not always broken because I'm max rank on the DOT team and I wouldn't be able to reach that if nothing spawned in
