If you notice, the cybernetic "weapon" in his arm wasn't even a weapon, it was an overly complex device that just shoots a suction cup dart for snatching the gun, just since you guys seemed to miss that in the discussion afterwards, haha.
My favorite thing about this show is Morty’s transformation from wimpy kid to a savage worthy of our Rick. Rick has really turned him into a hard mother fucker. Obviously he’s not evil morty levels of savage but he’s on his way
I felt that was really out of character for Morty. Why exactly did Ethan do wrong? He just went out with another girl and I'm pretty sure it wasn't behind Summer's back. So now he gets turned into a horrible thing? Morty doesn't love his sister that much.
@@Avocado11 I am the exact opposite I like oatmeal but hate oatmeal cookies lol, next your gonna tell me you like spiderman 3 and none of the other movies LOL

@Summer Rose I know this was 7 months ago, but, to be honest, they probably do, but are censored for kids. :^) Either that, or a papilla, but I think they have an actual vagina, since they're half human, and are also both sapient, and social beings, and feel emotion, and being part human would also mean they'd have the same emotions, including being able to get horny, and want sex, so, evolutionary, with a papilla they wouldn't really be able to "fuck". So it would make sense if they kept only the necessary "fish parts" to survive underwater, and everything else would be human.
The thing that everyone seems to overlook about this episode is that Jerry actually and knowingly, by the way, risked / sacrificed his life to save Rick when Rick showed a little bit of decency to him
GellyfishProductions Different life dude... I mean like if I could go to another dimension and sleep with another chick without the consequences from that dimension spilling over into my original dimension I'd definitely go for it... I mean think about it, you can do anything you wanted in that separate dimension without any blow back repercussions because it's not your original timeline and only you would know about it... so I mean sure you can still put blame on Summer but to be honest neither of her relationships accumulated to anything special so it doesn't really matter anyway and at this point it's sorta irrelevant but I felt like I needed to have a say in the matter anyway because I'm a douche bag who loves over analyzing things...
KittenPyroNao Summer has a lot of guilt from time to time, the creators just chose to have her character "not care" about the apocalypse episode because they probably aren't going to bring it back, there's no need to tbh.
You're expecting logic from a human. Yes that might sound a bit mean but a significant chunk of the people I know who live in "troubled families" have severe issues in regards to maintaining a strict single-person relationship. Many of the people I work alongside have someone who they actively cheat on with their Ex's(Or random people from bars) simply because they can.
The Citadel Security Rick was the last body Rick-C137 Could switch into. The Brainalyzer he used to do it was on the spaceship that he ordered to be blown up right after he changed and walked out.
It wasn’t clear if Rick took a council members body or not. The last known body swap was the general, but then he appeared in the council wearing a council robe and looking identical to one of the council members. To me, it seemed implied he switched, but it was never shown.
Raveren the maschine was still on the ship after the phone swap so he shouldn't even have access to it, also he ordered them to blow the ship up, so the bodyswapper would have been destroyed with it.
he didn't because the gimmick of the episode was 3's, e.g. he took a shit 3 times and stole 3 bodies and there are many other things in that episode. he even says the quote "comedy comes in 3's", when he's leaving the brainalyser.
Yup machine destroyed with ship so he was in a military version of Rick with the enhancements and disguised as a council member. The going for a shit line was so we knew where 'our' rick was for anyone not keeping up.
I love the scene when Morty was talking to that kid who broke up with his sister, "You made my sister cry." Is such a good line and it really shows how good of a brother he is.
Quickly morty...burrrp!, Quickly come watch this, you're gonna love...it has cowboys in space...and then there's this ship called bebop... wanna go there ?
Am I the only one who feels bad for Ethan? I mean, he did nothing to deserve being deformed for life, he wasn´t even lying about Summer and he not having anything in common anymore, what was the last time we saw them together anyway? She was flirting with Tobey Mattews all the way back to season 2, and she got married to the bucket guy just a couple episodes ago, she didn´t even think about him, they either were on a on and off kinda relationship, or she was straight up cheating.
Rick ended up with the general's body because he no longer had the machine that transfers conciousness. The machine was in the ship that Rick told the other guy to destroy, after talking on the radio.
It's just a guess but I think one way how Immortality Field can work (Scientifically) is if they can just reverse the time for that one person.... Or just that specific section where incident occurred.
A little interesting note about the Star Trek teleportation. There's a novel "Kraken" where the magic-users basically tailored their magic to whatever theory they believe in. And a mage base his teleportation ability around Star Trek... the problem is that they also have the tendency to be haunted by angry ghost of those they murdered... so the mage ended up being haunted by hundreds of ghosts of himself because each time he uses his teleportation, he essentially murdered himself & the reform him is another copy.

I'd think that if you actually could increase or decrease your size, you'd immediately start to suffocate. Your hemoglobin would also change size with the rest of your body, and it would no longer be able to bond with the 'normal' sized oxygen molecules. Unless the process that changed your size also somehow changed the size of the air molecules as you breathed them in.
after he switched to the general he no longer had that device he used to switch bodies, it was on the ship with the one he left behind. So he did not switch to a council members body he just dressed up as a council member.

When you get put back together, is it you or a different person? Does that person have a soul? If it does, is it the same soul? If it isn't the same soul, then where does it come from? What makes you YOU? What if it copied you multiple times? It's the same with cloning. If you bring back a clone after you die, is that even really you? Because the first you is still dead forever. Sure a similar person exists for the benefit of others, but you're still dead. What happens when Deadpool gets decapitated? Does he grow a new body? Or a new head? What happens to his original self if he grows a new head? Is he just dead? Or does he turn into two people like a Planaria? If he grows a new body, where is that matter coming from? It defies conservation of mass. What if you decapitated him and put his body in a box and his head in a box and didn't give them any room to grow back? Would he stay dead? Even if you had the same exact pieces put back together in the same order from the teleportation, is it still really you? I think this is exactly the sort of thinking that made the doctor on Star Trek hate the teleporter. I don't blame him. Are you killing yourself every time you teleport? Are your clones soulless abominations? Are they possessed by demons? Is there even a such thing as a soul? If not, then aren't we just conscious meat robots? How does consciousness even work in that case? >.< This is the sort of crap I think about all the time. Deep thoughts.
