The Metropol-Vokalisten were a vocal quartet in the vein of the famous Comedian Harmonists. it is a pity that the present group seems to be notably less popular today, since their artistic level was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing this gem!
I am making a sort of a historical recordings survey here, once transferred digitally from shellacs and I especially stopped at this item for a longer time now as it appears as something perfectly brilliant; music, sound, harmony and wonderful, natural good spirit and humor of that all !
