I loved the 2nd house Hillary and get partner saw, the house at St Ippolyts. It was cheaper than the last one abd had a better layout and garden in my opinion. I loved that it was still close to her prefered area and also close enough to a post code you would pay high for, but paying lower and enjoying it's amenities.

2019-2023, my town was hit by a wave of newcomers - and their cash offers pushed the housing market up to the hilt ! Our town’s next generation can’t even afford a first home to buy. Mobile homes 30 years old are selling for over $100,000 and it’s not even on its own land. Here, in the USA . Greed has taken over as Brokers become Investors and buy up the inventory . Warren Buffet’s company is one of them

Most houses in the UK are attached to other houses, have small rooms, no storage, no AC, no parking driveway or garage or have one bathroom in a house with at least two floors. The truth is Americans ARE spoiled because we’re used to having so many things that most people in other countries do not have.

I think being renter for few years gave me a different outlook on properties than if we were young couple without children. They have chosen property with stairs which would be absolutely deadly to small toddlers. That's why people usually buy house than sell and buy another and so on because they actually don't know what they should aware of. Also when they grow old the stairs will be dangerous for them too. Secondly the location of the property is the most important thing. Unless you don't like meeting other people and going outside ever. I would compromise on the house size and not on the location but I know that only after renting several houses in different parts of the country. Each locality has ups and downs but I would not trade the locality for bigger house hence more time spending cleaning up and less time to enjoy the surroundings.
