    This video was amazing at helping me understand how to build an Abandoned cart with Klaviyo. Now I am going to to do an Abandoned Cart split test to see which one of my Abandoned cart emails get the most opens! Thank you, Andrew!! :)

    @Flowium - eCommerce Email Marketing, the question was asked below but I don't know that it was properly answered. If a customer has 2 or more items in their cart, but we have only set up one placeholder block (using the instructions in this video), how do we get the other items in the cart to show up?

      YEs it does work for multiple products.
      YOu can show them in a column but not in a row.

    • @MetroProduction7

      @@Flowium I'm assuming the column option is the default way right?

    • @Flowium

      Correct. Theoretically it is possible to do in a row but it would be too much work for a little to none return

      There is a dynamic feature in the block. I recommend just using the pre-set Klaviyo abandonment cart block. It will work for multiple products.

    Hello Andriy. Thank you so much for such a great videos you produce! Would you be so kind to explain one point, please? Abandoned checkout event in Klaviyo is triggered only when checkout is actually started, while Shopify tracks abandoned carts itself, which in my humble opinion ismore relevant in triggering "Abandonment cart flow". With that being said, what is the best email strategy on this, is it better to have both notifications about abandoned carts being sent to prospective buyers from Shopify and/or sending emails from Klaviyo to those who already started the checkout? What are the best options in terms of increasing sales and not overwhelming people with the amount of emails being sent? I'd really appreciate your thoughts on this point. Thank you again for your great job!

    • @ВладФоменко-р4е
      @ВладФоменко-р4е 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Flowium Thank you so much for prompt and detailes response. But the thing is that in Klaviyo by means of "Checkout started" event you can't send emails to those who just simply have added some products to the cart, thus you may lose a lot of prospect customers if you disable "Abandoment cart" noitifcation in Shopify. I'm sorry, frankly speaking I'm new to Klaviyo/Shopify, so my question might be confusing if I'm missing some point. Your videos are great to those who start exploring these tools! : ) Thanks again!

    Great content - really useful. I am having an issue where only one item is displaying in the abandoned cart email even when multiple items are present in the cart. From my understanding Klaviyo should automatically display all the items in the cart. Can you explain how to configure the abandoned cart email to display all items from the cart?

    • @popmotif2909
      @popmotif2909 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Flowium I use Shopify and Klaviyo. I am trying to get the items in the abandoned cart to display in rows (image with the product info displayed below) as per your video rather than in columns which is what Klaviyo does by default with their abandoned cart block which in my opinion is not well optimised for mobile.

      The total revenue from email divided by the number if recipients. It is a good indicator for checking how relevant the message to the recipient.
