At that point it wasn't a battle of justice and evil. It was a battle for the multiverse's survival! Everyone regardless being good or evil, placed their hopes on scourge to put legend exe down like the monster he was.
@@egg_6599 Literally he's just archie sonic's opposite. Even archie sonic said scourge had good in him. Scourge is literally Archie Sonic but inbetween a base form and super form, meaning no matter what form he is in, he is stronger than the LITERAL strongest version of sonic.

I love how, in the end, when it says, "cause in the end, it's you and your friends" it shows Sonic, Shadow, Amy, Knuckles, Tails, and Fiona; signifying that he does consider the others as friends or comrades. Also, does anyone else wanna see how the Shadic vs. Legend fight went?

This was absolute incredible. I was hyped with the final battle between Hyper Scourge and Lord. Exe, especially with the Find Your Flame segment. You deserve a break for putting in all this work and even incorporating other works into this as well. Also, Scourge getting character development? Not bad. This was most definitely worth the wait.

Incredible work, you really cooked with the storytelling elements of this fight. Everything from Scourge being the universe’s last hope, to that multiversal fight sequence - so many good ideas are on display here and they’re all executed very well. One of my new favorite sprite animations, for sure.
I can feel the passion you put into this. From the diolouge, to the camera angles, to the unvierses being shifed by scourge and legend. Beginning to end, this series was truly beautiful. Bravo.

And I love how you made sonic exe/lord x hella scary and a force to be reckoned with rather than "just another opponent" like a lot of other sprite animators do. you got a sub, i absolutely love this, keep up the good work
I'm gonna be honest, this (and the previous 2 parts) is one of the best Sprite Animated fights I've ever seen, I can't remember the last time a sprite animation managed to get me this hyped as when Find your flame kicked in in here, the choreography is fucking fantastic, too many sprite animated fights fall into the trap of just ending up being two characters clashing against one another and until one powers, up, gets the upper hand, then the other powers up too, and then they get the upper hand, and rinse and repeat until it's over, not to mention that often fights in the sky end up devolving into laser blast after laser blast and just get kinda samey after a while. Here though? Nah, the camera angles, the constant change in moves, the whole jumping around the multiverse angle, this fight keeps changing and evolving the whole way through and never gets stale, the characters powering up isn't overdone and because of that actually feels like a big deal instead of just "oh here's the next form I guess", I also love how underpowered Scourge was in the first 7 Minutes, he got his ass royally handed to him and then once he turned Dark didn't try to fight Legend.EXE because he knew he couldn't win, it's simple, but it's a setup you rarely see in sprite fights, a lesser animation just would've had him get beat up and then transform instead of trying an alternate strategy for a bit, and even when he goes Hyper, he still doesn't fully have the upper hand, so the fight now remains between two equals and doesn't throw in another useless transformation because it isn't needed, instead it focuses on Scourge's motivation and reason for why he even keeps fighting in the first place which was really great to see and a fantastic way to still throw in some epic moments without soley relying on a transformation to do that. (Also Scourge's characterisation was fucking amazing) I could gush on even more about other stuff I loved from this, but I think I've made my point, this animation slaps and deserves more views.

holy, this sprite animation is by far the most perfect animation I've ever seen, definitely more impressive than SpacePea's animations more surprisingly, this is a work that was completed in only 3-4 months, while other works would have taken much longer perfect music for different environmental scenarios, incredible (8:35, within AZALI's music, this looks so badass fr, is that "ECHO OF INSANITY"?) this is such a absolute unbelievably fantasy damn
Literally the best video I ever seen. Outrageous on how scourge used his harshly personality, yet to save his own world. I mean, I don't wanna be offensive but sonic and shadow fought scourge, so he should be selfish to destroy his world, but..instead of him letting exe destroy it, he rather be annoyed by his friends instead of jus letting them parish to death. AND THE COMBAT! The combat the combat the combat!!!! It's just so good how you did the combat all by yourself using IQ to figure out what combo they use! This is perfect! This was truly almost the end of the *world* for scourge. *But his determination didn't stop him from quiting.*

I love this animation because it shows what kind of characters scourge the hedgehog truly is, when push comes to shove he is just as heroic and just as kind just as selfless as Sonic because he is Sonic nothing will change that, no matter how much trauma how much is world scarred him, when push comes to shove he will fight for what he cares for until the ends of the Earth

Archie universe characters are broken. But seriously this was also a fusion as well, so no single being was gonna stand a chance alone. Hyper scourge was BARELY able to kill the exe fusion. And that's Cas he's a Archie character!
@@Knightwithlightning55 well technically Archie hyper sonic would be 10x stronger then ultra sonic. Since the ultra form needs only one super emerald and a ton of rings to transform, HYPER form needs all seven super emeralds to transform. And since ultra form is kinda like a incomplete hyper form it's kinda safe to assume that anything you can do in ultra form you can do better in hyper.
Wow you really outdid yourself with this final part, the music choices and the sync with the animation was top class. From stick nodes to sprite animation, what can't you do?
You notice too that unlike most of dark sonic's appearances where he was either out of control and going wild, being a evil version of sonic (with is proven false by now), or my personal favorite where he's just a bit more aggressive, not holding back and thinking a few steps ahead of his opponent. Dark scourge was more noble and reigned the sense of protecting his friends and all he cares for...just Cas it's the right thing to do. It helped him to clear his mind from his ego that had long blinded him for years and remained him of his old self. Cas of that the master emerald saw that he was worthy of gaining a hyper form of his own.
Oh definitely a redemption arc! As soon as scourge when dark form his focus was from proving his the king and he's the better sonic to "ILL PROTECT EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE I CARE FOR!!!"

I believe so. When the original died, the clones disappeared. So in the last moment scourge became the savior of the muitiverse, wiping out legend exe and saving the heroes lives.

Looks like Scourge learned how to use the power of Solar, Eco, and Polar at one point while he and Legend.EXE were in that Special Stage... pretty neat detail! Also, was Shadic using his Chaos Super form on all those clones, or no?
@Cosmix7463 It's a huge boost in power for Shadic, yes, but even in that form, he could be overwhelmed by all those clones... then again, he could possibly match Hyper Scourge or even Legend.EXE with Chaos Super... but in order to truly beat them, he'd need to go Hyper, himself. One more thing... if Lord X fused with Sonic.OMT instead, who knows how powerful that fusion (probably Legend.OMT) would be compared to Legend.EXE?

Since scourge didn't want to risk that again he decided to uses the chaos emeralds instead since they dont have that after effect after detransforming back to normal.

Archie universe characters are broken. But seriously this was also a fusion as well, so no single being was gonna stand a chance alone. Hyper scourge was BARELY able to kill the exe fusion. And that's Cas he's a Archie character!

@@Knightwithlightning55 well technically Archie hyper sonic would be 10x stronger then ultra sonic. Since the ultra form needs only one super emerald and a ton of rings to transform, HYPER form needs all seven super emeralds to transform. And since ultra form is kinda like a incomplete hyper form it's kinda safe to assume that anything you can do in ultra form you can do better in hyper.

Perfection. This animation is a masterpiece and to think Scourge had a Dark form made it more interesting
You notice too that unlike most of dark sonic's appearances where he was either out of control and going wild, being a evil version of sonic (with is proven false by now), or my personal favorite where he's just a bit more aggressive, not holding back and thinking a few steps ahead of his opponent. Dark scourge was more noble and reigned the sense of protecting his friends and all he cares for...just Cas it's the right thing to do. It helped him to clear his mind from his ego that had long blinded him for years and remained him of his old self. Cas of that the master emerald saw that he was worthy of gaining a hyper form of his own.

I believe so. When the original died, the clones disappeared. So in the last moment scourge became the savior of the muitiverse, wiping out legend exe and saving the heroes lives.

@Cosmix7463 It's a huge boost in power for Shadic, yes, but even in that form, he could be overwhelmed by all those clones... then again, he could possibly match Hyper Scourge or even Legend.EXE with Chaos Super... but in order to truly beat them, he'd need to go Hyper, himself.
One more thing... if Lord X fused with Sonic.OMT instead, who knows how powerful that fusion (probably Legend.OMT) would be compared to Legend.EXE?

@@lalchhanhimaralte9028there's actually a good answer for that. Anarchy berly is more like a poison that gives you incredible power but leave the user incredibly weak afterwards. Since scourge didn't want to risk that again he decided to uses the chaos emeralds instead since they dont have that after effect after detransforming back to normal.
