the build is omni with full haste/attack speed, luen wishes emblem unique stat 2x burst potion effect, combine it with purple burst potion, purple atk pot, you can get 30-35%+ haste/aspd which decrease global cooldown

The key is luen wishes rare option, the effect is double the effect of burst potion

So maybe the necro has like 28-30% cd? Cuz even me with 27% cd cant hit that fast lol
fyi he has only 12% ish cooldown with full omni.
