Please i need help with my mixer. How do i raise or lower the bowl? I attached the black roller but not sure If i attached it correctly thanks

Sorry for my late response! I hope you’ve been able to figure it out/ find a solution but I will also add, my black roller handle was already connected upon delivery so I’m not sure if it’s supposed to have been disconnected at all? Maybe this is the issue or is it possibly a different size and built differently maybe? I’m sorry I’m not more help with the issue
