Myles, you might want to point out that the 8,600 weight, plus the 2000 cargo cap, is 10,600 and many overpack. The hitch rate is going to be about 1,500 when loaded, not 1,100 as shown. There are only a couple of 1/2 tons, like a Ram 1500 eco-diesel that might work with this as they can tow 12,500 max, but the hitch weight is going to at its max capacity. If you want people to trust you, tell them the facts, yes a 1/2 ton will get you home, but you REALLY need a 3/4 ton or better for anything other than annual or occasional trips. Question, I’m looking for a multipurpose office, bunk, TV room, guest room. Can this be modified to do that?
You're right, I should have been more thorough about that in the video as I would have been if I was showing someone this unit in person. As far as the bunkroom space, there is a countertop space along the back wall that could be used as a small office desk. Its probably not the most "ideal" because it's relatively short, however the only other solution to that I would see is taking out the sofa and putting a desk there in the slide out.
You know what’s crazy… I just found out recently that Cougar is warrantied for full time! Idk how I went so long without knowing that 😅 thanks for the info!
I'm here from Tik Tok and I am so impressed. I love this RV. Its perfect for fulltime living. Does Keystone drop their warranty in you ise this for fulltime living? If so do you offer a 3rd party extended warranty for purchase?
There are two AC vents in the master bed but only 1 works. I think the other is for the optional AC you can add. Can someone confirm? Reason I think so is the 2021 only have 1 AC vent in master bed.
@@mylesrv Putting GVWR aside, the tongue weight was about 100lbs heavier than advertised before I added batteries and propane putting it around 1200lbs. My 2500hd has a receiver rated of 1500lbs. Most half tons are around 1200lbs. Appreciate the video. I enjoyed watching

Can’t wait to see those camping adventures plus get a real review
Thank you for this...it's nice just needs a half bath
Great video, thanks!
Don’t forget Cougar selling points of warrantied for “full time” and chamber tested 0-110°

Keystone does not. Cougar comes with a full time warranty!

Love this RV
I guess I'm the wierdo that thinks the outdoor shower doesn't belong on the camp side especially on top of the kitchen🤔 love this trailer though
The propane tanks are 30 POUNDS not gallons. 30 gallons of propane would be ~120 lbs each.
A simple, but important, distinction.
Will my 2021 Silverado Trail Boss 5.3 tow this??
It technically is lighter than the towing capacity of your truck (9,100-9,300lbs) but being that it’s so close, I wouldn’t advise it.
Does the kitchen come with a option with the darker wood?
Cougar only has one interior color option. And color changes can be made through painting the cabinets
Help !! Does the master bedroom have no dresser or closet?
The closets are the doors on each side of the bed. Sorry I forgot to open them!
There is nothing lightweight about the 34tsb. I might know because I have one.
True. It’s lightweight in the sense that something like an Open Range in a similar floor plan and length weighs about 1500lbs more.
