I'm relocating to Columbus and need a place by Fri or we are settling on a Townhome. We've been looking for 3months and can't find a private landlord. All these hedge funds buying up homes and charging crazy rent then monthly fees on that! We found a house $2490 a month which is already nuts then after all their monthly fees, it was over $2700 a month. So many on these realtor apps and websites have scams. I caught several. I don't want to settle for a Townhome, I want a house. 😞 We work in Palaris and Worthington, do you know of any private landlords?
