    11:45 I used to do that, to ventilate to a person, saying just crazy things without a clear order or structure, raving, and after doing that just feeling like: I shouldn't said that, I'm embarrassed of had say that. No one's had never taught me to that before, the other day I did it unconscious ventilating to chatgpt and it felt good, now I've already had watched your video I notice that I have to spill out the bad things to the air, and not to people, poor people that have had listed me rave haha lol

      Omg right?! It’s always instant regret isnt it!! 😭 I think it’s sometimes good keeping your cards a little closer to your chest and venting to yourself if you’re a person who tends to over share because it can leave you feeling vulnerable af hahah
