Make 60 Petals for the Flowers & 10 Petals for the leaves.
Arrange Petals in below pattern to make the flower.
Top Layer = 13 Petals
Middle Layer = 20 Petals
Bottom Layer = 27 Petals
2. Felt Fabric for the base = Width = 2" (5cm)
3. Flower embellishment
