Thanks. I made this one. It's my first gourd banjo. I've only made one other gourd, but I'm planning on making another ok e I find an appropriate one. It has a 24" scale and a 9" canteen gourd, plus a calfskin head. It also has a slotted peghead plus a tunneled fifth string, which was something that I wanted to do on it just to make it different. The neck and dowel are walnut, and the fingerboard is red oak plus a bother piece of walnut in the middle. I have it strung with Aquila Nylgut Minstrel strings.
