If you look through history things were made to last and always were made of certain metals. The pharma industry has slowly removed many of those products uses of metals by manipulating our universities with grants and expectations attached to the grants and still going on today. Our door handles were all copper or brass because of their pathogenic properties for the likes of stainless steel, chrome plating and other concoctions..... I love colloidal silver. I’ve never had to have antibiotics for any of my kids ear infections. As soon as any of them complain of an earache I put a drop in the ear every 8hours and it’s better in a few hours and completely gone in 1 to 3 days (depending on the severity of when I notice) pink eye or other topical infections also have amazing results with colloidal silver. There is so much money backing big pharma and the studies they fund are often slanted. I will always try natural methods first over petroleum based drugs. Might there be rare and slight side effects? Perhaps… but I guarantee it’s NOTHING compared to big pharma side effects. I’ve had multiple family members die early or have major problems from drugs prescribed by doctors. I have used that stuff for everything from rashes, burns, cuts, scrapes, infections, I imbibe it orally when sick or I think I may be getting sick. I have even used it directly in my eye to stop a sty and I have even used it directly in lacerations to keep them from getting infected... it did not even burn. Stuff really is amazing. I love when people say something is bad for the environment when it comes from the earth. I watched nano particle colloidal silver 100% knock out hand foot & mouth disease in a mother and her 2 young daughter's literally over night. I have used nano silver(silver biotics) for years and find it extremely effective against colds especially when used early at the slightest appearance of throat infection. use is occasional rather than daily. Gargling in throat before swallowing is most effective. Also can be sprayed into nasal passage using atomizer.
Adverse effects of nanosilver may not show up until later when they can adversely affect the brain (as they are thought to cross the blood-brain barrier)

When showering, I use ear plugs and limit water running over your head. Plus when you blow your nose, don't blow too hard, that can cause fluids entering ear canal.

I am trying colloidal silver for the first time, I have fibromyalgia and have been getting sicker and sicker for 6 months. I believe it is not just from lack of medication but from my sinus infection. Since the medication that worked for over 10 years is now a controlled substance I am desperate and really hope this works. It is encouraging to read positive posts about its effects. Gluten seems to cause damage to the intestinal walls in some people more than others, and cause tiny bits of food particles to escape into the blood stream where they get deposited in the muscle tissues, causing pain. Also, something about estrogen can be an aggravate. (This is according to natural doctor, Dr. Joel Wallach. I am sure you can find him on the internet.)

I'm using colloidal silver (CS) to rid my body of the 2 jabs I was forced to take. As well as drinking only distilled water with lemon juice mixed with sumac berries. After a few weeks of CS I feel my brain is way more active, I also take activated charcoal before sleep, and I am resting better. I read that you should only use CS for a few weeks and then take a week off between rounds.
Activated charcoal is very harmful. It binds to nutrients and causes deficiencies which will have a much more harmful effect long term than any short term perceived benefit. Stop it immediately. It's bullshit anyway.

The one guy (out of the millions of people who have used cs safely) that turned blue was brewing his own cs using tap water and salt, both of which are the wrong way to make safe cs for consumption. He also consumed a cup or more a DAY. You must use cs made using ONLY distilled water or water of greater purity than steam distilled. Then it's perfectly safe. Salt and the minerals in tap water combine with the silver to create silver salts which are the ONLY type of cs that has ever produced/resulted in argyria.

Turning blue is from impurities in the suspension. I know of several people that have consumed 2 L of colloidal silver per day for decades without adverse effects.
The blue is from silver accumulation the nanoparticles bond together under the skin and degrade into a darker grey blue colour. It’s very well understood how it works. 2 litres per day tells us nothing about how much actual silver they consume. It could be 3 microns of silver dissolved in 2 litres of water.

You appear to mix up colloidal and nano. There is a big difference in the safety of colloidal and nano. Many products sold as "Nano" are actually colloidal. Colloidal is much safer than nano.

I take silver along with colloidal gold and have only had a good positive experience, this is maybe 4 weeks. I emphasize the colloidal gold is an adjunct. The gold has helped my brain noticeably and positively by my own observations.

The reason it works is because it boosts your immunity and if you have something viral. Viruses are very fragile and it will kill them and since your immunity is boosted keep the virus from duplicating itself.

Also the recommended amount is 10ppm & 1 teaspoon up to 7x a day he didnt know his doses were more like 1500ppm and his particles were too big. He drank his by the glass full. Nano Silver is a fairly recent development in the application of silver as an anti microbial it's not the same as it was 100 years ago what he didn't tell you is a proper dose of Nano silver is less toxic than putting salt on your French fries and is 100 times less toxic than the antibiotics your doctor gives you.
How can we know for a fact that the nanoparticles leaves the body natural? the research on colloidal silver vs DNA is not yet fully examened. I know that colloidal silver kills a lot of different patogens that isn’t good for the body, but I also believe that a lot of research on CS has to be revealed before we can know with certainty if it’s good or bad. As mentioned, we know that it is extremly effective against different patogens, therefore, also decease’s, but do we REALLY know if it doesn’t hurt us in the long run? There are rumors about CS not being good for your dna, as it MAYBE alters it? Couldn’t it also hurt our intestines since the particles are so small and therefore attach itself to all of the soft tissues in the body? It's an interesting subject but it's awfully hard to find scientifically true tested evidence, even doctors and some scientists have conflicting views. Testimonials abound and there is vague evidence that suggests that it can be beneficial but the use, amount and when and hows seem like a crapshoot. I use store-bought 10ppm colloidal silver as a topical scrape and small cut antibacterial solution and it seems to also reduce bleeding on small scrapes and cuts.
I see all these comments but I have had a severe cold for 3 weeks started taking silver about 2 weeks in got over it and now immediately after I got over that cold I had gotten another with a soar throat no energy and feel I am getting sick again …. All the papers I've seen say it really doesn't have any benefits, and it kills bacteria which sounds good in theory but that would mean it also kills beneficial bacteria in your body that would be preventing you from getting sick in the first place. I've also read some stuff about it accumulating in the organs which doesn't sound safe or healthy.

What you get from health food store probably ionic, which is fine. I stopped converting my ionic silver into colloidal because it spoiled on me. Ionic is what I use all the time and it works just fine.

There is a condition. I can't recall the name but what happens is if you have a severe bacterial infection the CS kills the bacteria. I love colloidal silver. I’ve never had to have antibiotics for any of my kids ear infections. As soon as any of them complain of an earache I put a drop in the ear every 8hours and it’s better in a few hours and completely gone in 1 to 3 days (depending on the severity of when I notice) pink eye or other topical infections also have amazing results with colloidal silver.
There is so much money backing big pharma and the studies they fund are often slanted. I will always try natural methods first over petroleum based drugs. Might there be rare and slight side effects? I have used nano silver(silver biotics) for years and find it extremely effective against colds especially when used early at the slightest appearance of throat infection. use is occasional rather than daily. Gargling in throat before swallowing is most effective. Also can be sprayed into nasal passage using atomizer.
Adverse effects of nanosilver may not show up until later when they can adversely affect the brain (as they are thought to cross the blood-brain barrier)

I am trying colloidal silver for the first time, I have fibromyalgia and have been getting sicker and sicker for 6 months. I believe it is not just from lack of medication but from my sinus infection. Great, if you drink distilled water exclusively, it will get rid of Cataracts, but you should also eat seaweed for the Mineral replacement.

I know of several people that have consumed 2 L of colloidal silver per day for decades without adverse effects.
The blue is from silver accumulation the nanoparticles bond together under the skin and degrade into a darker grey blue colour. It’s very well understood how it works.
2 litres per day tells us nothing about how much actual silver they consume. It could be 3 microns of silver dissolved in 2 litres of water.

You appear to mix up colloidal and nano. There is a big difference in the safety of colloidal and nano. Many products sold as "Nano" are actually colloidal. Colloidal is much safer than nano.

I started getting dry eye and some weird white painful dots on the brown of my eye, the first time i got one the eye doctor gave me some steroids that really sucked with side effects took over a week to heal second time it came back i tried some CS and within 2 days it was gone, because i use my comouter, phone and watch tv and dont get enough sleep some months i get these painful dots so i started using the CS daily, 4 times, 2 or 4 drops each time. Colloidal silver (delivered by syringe in mouth) has already doubled my rescue cat's life expectancy. Sadly, the vet had no solutions for her papillomavirus growth in throat and chronic coryza (respiratory) aside from cortisone (!) and antibiotics (!). It's an interesting subject but it's awfully hard to find scientifically true tested evidence, even doctors and some scientists have conflicting views. Testimonials abound and there is vague evidence that suggests that it can be beneficial but the use, amount and when and hows seem like a crapshoot. I use store-bought 10ppm colloidal silver as a topical scrape and small cut antibacterial solution and it seems to also reduce bleeding on small scrapes and cuts.
This is not true as mecical supplies use colloidal silver in certain supplies.

You can take your silver up to a month long without fear of dying from overdose.

What you get from health food store probably ionic, which is fine. I stopped converting my ionic silver into colloidal because it spoiled on me. Ionic is what I use all the time and it works just fine.

There is a condition. I can't recall the name but what happens is if you have a severe bacterial infection the CS kills the bacteria. The bacteria on dying release a toxin that overwhelms your immune system. It should pass. Take some probiotics and yougurt when you feel better and drink lots of water.
