36 Min HYBRID BODYWEIGHT + KETTLEBELL WORKOUT ( Burn Up to 500 Calories! )

- In this 36 Min HYBRID BODYWEIGHT + KETTLEBELL WORKOUT we will have a mixture of bodyweight and kettlebell strength movements. This workout will have 2 parts with 10 movements. Each Part with 2x 4x movements for 2x rounds in a row and then a double movement for 2x rounds in a row.
We Will be performing each Movement for 40 seconds and we will have a 15 seconds rest between the movement and a 20 second rest between each round.
You can Simply Increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and performing the bodyweight movements faster.
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue)and a 16kg (Yellow) Kettlebell.

1. Behind The Neck Good Morning - Squat

Ok, after the first round I was like "You must be crazy!".... After the second round I was like "You ARE crazy!!!" ... then I decided to stop complaining :D and do modifications :D This one was tough for me... but I told myself..."move, dont stop, modify and move!!!"... so I did, and I finished :) Absolutely great workout.

The workouts are pure fire. I have a slight suggestion just a thought I use my phone. Usually outside, it's small and my eyes are not great anymore. Any chance you could cue it with one statement? Lunges left, right or 3 rows, each side alternating to jump back. Burpee kind of thing just a queue would be nice. Maybe like for the site impaired, I don't know.😊😊😊
