It's teleports happen every 22 seconds, so you can plan for each teleport
I always thought it was gold highscore WR necessary item
as long as youre familiar with the teleporter you should be fine
True Crown also gives 22 bombs each teleport, giving him enough to level the City of Gold flat.

It does come with a really annoying perk, though. Specially for anyone trying to complete Cosmic Ocean afterwards.

@@redchan2571 I can't remember the last time I saw Twiggle use Qilin. The 6-4/Qilin skip only needs ~5 ropes with jetpack

I assume it’s just a regular timer set to beep every however many seconds there are between teleports
