- Today, I discuss the NEW Revealed Banner 5 Star for 1.4 which is Jingliu & Why I believe Pela will be an incredible option to build for Jing Liu! The banners will consist of Jingliu with Qingque, Tingyun, Sampo. In today's video, I go over why you should consider to save and pull for Jing Liu, as she will introduce a unique vampire-like playstyle! I go over her kit, potential teams and ideal team comp members for synergy. Jingliu will be an Ice Destruction Class Character who drains the health of allies to enhance her damage, has two forms, and overall looks very promising for a Main DPS!

Thought I’d update my comment with more info to help you guys out! I’ve had a few ask me regarding what other light cones can be good for Pela. Most of them are pretty nice, id recommend though the Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat quite a lot! Good night sleep well is great for damaging capabilities, and if you don’t have any 4 star light cones and only 3 star I would use “Mechanism” until you have a 4/5 star light cone for better stats!

farming for Pela isn't that bad also because she's really good with the wind set... which is found at the same cavern as the ice set
I'd also like to note some other points that make Pela great
- For SU/Swarm contents, DEF shreds are generally much stronger than attack buffs, since you gain a lot of damage buffs from Blessings.
- Her EHR break point is 67% for guaranteed debuff with her ult.
- S5 Tutorial is BiS and arguably mandatory for Pela because it (+ERR rope) allows her to gain full energy from 2 basics, meaning that you can permanently keep up the def shred provided she's fast enough.
- You need exactly level 7 talent to do ^
- Her second LC option is Resolution something something (with Luka on it). The DEF Shred from Resolution is considered a different debuff, so they stacks with her ult.
- 4p Wind set is very good on her because of how fast she can cycle her ult.
- You can get a Wind set while farming the Ice set for JL.
additionally - if you do choose to run pela with Jing Liu -
Resolution is the best LC for pela since you want to stack as much defense shred as possible
if you do run pela with jing liu, it is also good to run genius of brilliant stars relic set as that passive defense shred stacks with pela + resolution (plus you get extra against quantum enemies)
If you can farm wind set, that is best for pela but the hard part is wind set and ice set are the least valuable sets to farm in game :(

My Pela is exactly using Wind set right now because of pre-farming Jingliu set. i am also using HP body because my EHR is already at 80%+ with Tutorial LC. Meaning my Pela sits at 4k+ HP.
@@wizirbyman Tutorial is BiS and it's not even an argument. Keeping up the 2 turn ult while being completely SP positive is huge, and having a permanent uptime on her ult is way more valuable than a 1 turn downtime for a random chance of a smaller debuff.
With that being said, S5 Resolution is still a very viable option if you want to keep Tutorial for other characters.
i think you misunderstood - my comment was only if you pair pela with jing liu. resolution is actually better because of stacking defense shred over tutorial. in all other situations tutorial is better. @@saito853

Thanks for this video. Ive been saying ill pair my Jingliu with Blade, Pela and Luocha. Ill have to check a few of her relics but so far shes good to go with ER rope. She has 138 spd and can ult in just 1 turn

Fortunately, my E6 Pela is built and ready to support any team. She and Welt helped me clear Swarm Disaster already.
If you have Pela E6 with Before the Tutorial Mission Begins LC, you can ditch the ERR Rope in favor of a SP neutral basic-skill rotation that should still give you 100% uptime on your burst. She does pretty good damage at E6, especially if you stack her DEF shred with Silver Wolf’s ult. Fun side note: she also reduces Silver Wolf’s EHR requirements.

I got e4 pela last month off banner, and finished her off on FX banner, am excited to play her for real when Jingliu comes out, as she was a bench rider, but I got alot of wind gear with my ice set farming so she will be ready! I have Jingliu traces farmed 100% she will be my first maxed char.

I use the eagle of twilight set for Pela, because of the 4 piece set will let Pela's action advanced toward, so she can get more Energy Recharge, but now i wonder between Broken Keel for more crit DMG or Sprightly Vonwacq to spam ult

Literally started building her 3 days was too focused on farming for jingliu relics and material 😭
If I was to get Jingliu, I would prob pair Bronya, Pela and Lynx. Since Bronya is best buffer, Pela synergies super well and Lynx can Aggro heal keeping most threats off your supports. That sounds like a good team to me(I don’t have Luocha shhh). I do feel I need Ice Coverage but..Topaz

I was thinking about this exact same team. I am wondering if Lynx will be enough sustain though. If not I would probably swap gepard in for Pela.
Running the same team, although lynx isn't very SP positive since you want to pre apply the heals for the aggro, bronya is SP negative unless you have her lc/eidolons she leans SP neutral. And Pela is completely SP positive while Jingliu being apparently SP neutral....ish? Depending on ER
I might....switch my loacha to my Jingliu team or I'll probably replace bronya for Tingyun....maybe....
Considering both Luocha and Fu Xuan avoided me, and I just got the Eidolon I needed to get E4 Pela by pure miracle, this will also be the team I'm running with Jingliu.
I’ll try to use jingliu with pela,sw and fu xuan when jingliu comes out
But I feel like bronya,pela and a sustain is gonna be more ideal but I don’t have bronya and I don’t wanna lose pity on jingliu but got fu xuan so I’m fresh pity!

Almost prepared for her! I used Yanqing already, so I have relics (though farming for crit DMG body from ice set, as I used 2/2 ice+musketeer), already used Pela and Bronya with Yanqing, so my team will be JL+Bronya+Pela+Lynx/Huo Huo. And I have 250 pulls for her already. Good luck with your pulls everyone!
I kinda leaning towards Bronya TY Lynx & JL for the energy regen & stuff

i lost on fu xuan's banner and i think i want jing liu now, however i'm terrible with builds and team comps, who else would be the ideal for the jingliu+pela team comp? also what relics would i use on pela? i have her at e6
Leveling pela and bronya this week ugh. It’ll be worth it for that team tho. Don’t have loucha tho so should I run fu xuan, lynx or bailou? I know none are optimal but I have what I have 😢

If you are someone like me who is always getting her killed or is not able to get her ult at the right time. I've been using a new build on her idk if its the best build but i feel like it's awesome ( 2p hacker space + 2p Guards uniform Effect hit rate body and speed boots) and for planar I'm using sprightly vonvaqc - Def orb and ER rope. I have around 150+ speed and she is getting her alt and is taking hits like a champ.
This sounds pretty interesting as well and can def help with her survivability, and sheesh that speed is awesome!
I have a 4k HP Pela using wind set with HP body because I have huge EHR substat rolls and use Tutorial LC. Im at 80% EHR without EHR body.
A tiny correction. Mono means one, which means there is no Mono Ice + Mono quantum.

Faux are what SW team comps are called in Prydwen, I think its because is Uses SW to add specific element to weaknesses.

I have E6 pela and though she is not built I think she would work wonders with my bronya and Jingliu. I was starting to wonder if I would ever use pela haha.
Man you are losing out on damage, especially if you have destruction or erudition with her AOE def shred 40% (lvl10). She is also a fast unit with 105(?) Speed. She is guaranteed 130 Spd with +15 boots.
if I can get Jingliu, I would probably pair her with Bailu, Fu Xuan, and Tingyun. Other than that, I'm not really sure if I can get her since I was guarantee with Fu Xuan.
I’m so torn. I have E3 Yanqing (RIP), but I love Jingliu’s aesthetic. :/ I’m 10 pulls away from a guaranteed 5* and I need a solid 5* fire DPS (Topaz), but I’m so tempted to roll for my Ice Queen.
Time to gamble on both, e3 yanqing with swordplay is cracked tho
I was thinking of running a double Ice/Quantum team with Jingliu, Pela, Silver Wolf, and Lynx. I really like this team and hope it works! I just don’t want to hit the defense shred cap (100%). Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
I did get Fu Xuan as well, but I feel that she might not be able to sustain with little to no healing.
if your lynx can solo sustain then this can work :D, you just need to make sure the team has enough heals to combat jingliu's hp drain & enemies!

i think a good combo for jingliu would be Pela, Fu Xuan and Bronya = def shredding, atk, dmg and CD bonus + advance foward attacks and a good sustainer.

Depend on what you need. Do you need aoe def shred? Pela. Do you need to add ice weakness and ok with single target def shred, then SW.

im done pre farm jingliu . she's the only missing .
I have a c6 built Pela so i guess I'm covered. I also have a built Lynx so that's covered as well. Now I'm wondering 🤔 who to use in the remaining slot. I have a C6 yukong and c2 ting in Harmony.
Honestly either one! Both I’m sure can work great with Jingliu, I would just try both and see which has smoother rotations / damage output for you
Plan is to lose the FX 50/50 (Should be my next multi) and pull for Topaz. Not cause I don't want Jingliu, it's because I need fire coverage.
My team for Jingliu would be Jingliu, Pela, March, Healer or Jingliu, Pela, Asta, Healer. March helps with drawing aggro/freezing the enemy/sustain on low health. Asta can be hybrid break along with ult spam. A healer is added in just to make the team extra cozy lol
I am confused whether to put pela with DHIL (for the 8%crit rate from the imaginary set) or with Jingliu, please help!!!!!
If your pela is E4 or above she goes with Jingliu, as she gains ice shread...Jingliu does ice damage.

Honestly most of them work! I’d likely recommend these the most though:
Goodnight Sleep Well (good for damage potential)
Eyes of the Prey (good for Effect hit rate but secondary effect of DOT won’t apply to Pela)
Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat (awesome for def drops)
Hidden Shadow (3 star option)
I am conflicted now. At the beginning I wanted Luocha to put with my Bladie, but he didn't wanna come. Jingliu is an other character I really like and she will be great with him. My next pick is garanted. Geppie, Natacha and Lynx are build in my account. As a free to play, should I pull for Luocha or Jingliu ?
We don’t really know when Luocha will honestly come back, so if you want Jingliu I’d go for her because it may be a lot of updates before Luocha comes back for all we know

Yes you can. You can also use both together :) pela is just a very nice four star option

My girl FuXuan can easily heal up any HP drain from Jingliu with her spam ULTS

Yes :) pela doesn’t need to be perfect haha, it’s just recommendations! If you can get any speed sub stats it’ll help + musketeer will also help her speed

@@Moonnverse as of now I have blade, Bronya, Natasha and silver wolf in one team... Still have not built a second team, that's why I'm getting jingliu and cuz I like her design, I can tell you all the chars I have if that helps more
For a second team, I'd likely recommend Pela/Jingliu/Tingyun or Yukong or Asta/Sustain if you have them, since your first team will be your Blade team@@Sarah_34210

you can but I’d focus more on buffing Jingliu and making sure the team stays alive, but it just comes down to what characters you have.

Depends how you use her and build her.
Give lots of speed, use her skill every round against hard enemies for ULT farming for heals and you are fine
I'm skipping Jingliu but came in to say everyone should just build Pela anyway. She's so useful and easy to use if you can put Before The Tutortial Mission Starts on her. With an ER rope and her talent maxed (not sure if eidolons needed, mine is E6), you can start the fight with her 20 percent shred, skill someone and immediately ult turn one for another 42 percent shred at max level.
After that, you'll be able to ult with every 2 basics as long as the enemy is DEF shredded. It's crazy.
Also, all that EHR in BtTMS LC lets you switch her body piece to crit and do some pretty solid sub DPS damage. She's one of my favorites.
Edit: I haven't watched the video yet in case you cover all of this in the content. I just had to gush about my favorite AoE debuffer drummer girl first.
She’s definitely worth while to build 100% even if not for Jingliu teams :)

Get jingliu pair with blade, bronya, and luocha. Luocha heals every go drain, drain activates blades talent, bronya makes jingliu transcend faster. IVE PREPARED THIS FOR SO LONG AS A F2P
That team requires way too many skill points to use, at some point someone is gonna be missing out on sp no matter what, jingliu and blade are efficient sure but both are still sp negative and bronya is fully sp negative, luocha can't sustain the consumption by himself

@@filipecordeiro2867 I mean I just tested it out. I wouldn’t use it in MoC and never planned to but for simulated universe and other stuff it works fine. You get automatic transcendent state and you don’t always have to use bronyas skill. I also have her at E1 so it minimizes skill points loss.
Make it a shame we can only have four party members instead of five... to many ideas.... anywho, cant wait for the ice queen. And i do need ro give pela more investment... not much luckly since was my early imvestment at the start.
Fu Xuan can't solo sustain Blade and Jingliu, no?
It'll likely be hard to sustain based on what we know for jingliu and blade together so healer like luocha will likely be way better
Eh, she’s wayy too weak for me. I’d rather use lynx instead. Although spots are tight when you have blade loucha and jingliu on one team. That last spot will be going to Fu Xuan. I have her at c1 so that extra 30% crit damage is too good to pass up.
My team for her is JingLiu/ Pela/ Asta(Dance Dance Dance LC)/ Luocha who doesnt want an icequeen with the ZOOMIES!

jingliu have alot of base attack(transcendence) and crit dmg,so buffer wont do much to her,debuffer is better
i dont think tingyun is good for jingliu coz of jingliu advance forward and tingyun is a buffer,as tingyun skill buff attack,the dmg increase is small for jingliu transcendence coz jingliu transcendence increase base attck
