Hello, thank you for this. I remembered when I was young my Mom used to cook this until now since my Stepfather is an Ilocano. I preferred ampalaya over sayote or papaya. 🙂 Now it's my time to cook for myself and my partner hihi! 🙂

@Erin Monarca, hmm Medyo may pag kakaiba din po kc ung pait na nabibigay nung sa papaitan compared po sa ampalaya, bale ung lasa lang po nito ay ung typical na tinola tapos may pait lang po galing sa ampalaya😋😋 mas prefer ko po ito compared sa papaya ang gamit para po kcng ng bbgay ng bagong twist sa lasa ng common na tinola yung ampalaya 😊 Salamat po😊
