Oh my gosh. I just belly laughed with the story your Dad told. I have this picture in my head of Lester helping Paw Paw up and over the horses back and that horse looking down thinking "what the heck". Your Dad tells the best stories.
Kim, as I’ve said before, if the “horse people” had their way only 25% of horses would have a home! Your horse has a good and loving home with good food, fresh water and experienced horse owners who look after his hooves and want to exercise their horse…..that’s a good home and a rarity ❤
I just love watching and listening to you and dad telling stories, I think it's just so beautiful how you all can get along and not butt heads and are their for eachother! Lovely family you have!😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤
Kim, I wanted to thank you for making this video. Filming you and your dad talking about memories and then when you came home. I hoped that you would continue sharing the way you grew up and the things you learned. I don't know about anybody else, but I absolutely love seeing that side of you.
Spike did great today he is ready to ride to the river or where ever you want. Jake did great facing his fears. He has come a long way and doing a great job. Pawpaw is right you are akways helping someone. That shelf is going to work great in his kitchen. Kim i cant wait to see you riding Spike and what a joy you will have riding him. 😊❤❤❤
Good morning Kim ❤and Levi 💙 Wouldn't it be funny if Jake decides that he and Lyssa can't move because he loves the horses so much 😂 I'm really having a great time watching all the riding videos and I'm so proud of Jake and how far along he has come with facing his fears! Thank you Kim and I hope y'all enjoy your day today
Omg ppl please just stay in your glass houses. It's like Pops said. Everyone does it differently. Your way is right for you but it's not right for everyone! I remember when i was little we went camping every summer to your favorite camp ground here in Utah. It was way up in the mountains. I always slept with my daddy and my little sister slept with mom. Anyway one night daddy and I were just playing there listening to the sounds outside and staring at the moon out the widow. Out of nowhere we heard a far away low growl. My dad said it was a bigfoot. First time I never heard of one and the next morning I didn't leave my dad's side lol.. I had to have been 6, 7 or 8.
You were talking about Baby Girl not having horns and how it's easier to grab the horns to get them move where you want them.. when my grandson was about 4 (he is 27 now), he was at a petting zoo and told me " Grams..that big goat was being mean to the little one and the man just grabbed him by his handle bars and took him to the other side of the fence!" LOL😂
Kim, by all appearances, both of the horses seem to have wonderful temperaments. They both look so happy in their new forever homes and they are so beautiful. ❤
Kim get yourself a step to help get yourself on Big Boy. I know my knees wouldn’t let me mount . I don’t have enough bounce to get my leg over without a little assistance like a mounting block. I agree people need to stop criticizing. I was taught to”tight rein” when riding. My father in law did competitive trail riding and rode tight rein, so does a good friend of mine. The English ride tight rein with both hands on the reins, some people ride with loose reins…to each his own. What is most important when riding is confidence and Jake is slowly getting there. I am so proud of him.
Paw Paw is right, everyone rides different. Love his stories. I wish people would not give ya’ll a hard time with the horses. You know what you are doing.❤
@@chellezubler8002 lol I think everyone here, maybe we don't worry about finances, because we don't live outside our means. But finances are very much a part of anybody's family, whether they need to buy groceries, feed, cat food or pay a truck note. I'm a retired bus driver so I get a little bit of retirement and if I want to make a little extra I put out more videos. I've always looked at it like I'm not going to be unhappy for somebody else's success. It got so that after every ride I would tell my horse to go to the box, meaning the mounting box, and she went right over to it positioned herself so that I could get off nice and easy. She was so smart. She’s now down in Kansas retired at age 26 now my cousins grandchildren ride her. She’s just a sweetie and broke to death, but I worked her for 10 years, every single day with the exception of days that I was sick. I loved my life back then there’s nothing better than a horse. except a new puppy in the spring!🐾🐾🐾🐾
Hi Kim, I enjoy when you and your dad converse. He really loves you and that must feel so good knowing that. Big Boy is beautiful and I’m glad you have Jake there to help with him till your knee heals up. I’d like to see Bri on top also because she’s learned a lot about riding in the past year. It’s been hot here too. Today is last hot and humid day then rain tomorrow (we need it so bad) and temps will drop to 70’s with less humidity, 60’s next month and our first frost is predicted end of October. Flowers and gardens will be done till next April. God bless you too Levi!!
I love the stories, Kim! I remember Pawpaw sharing about that girl. So sad! I know people want to share their knowledge but every person and every horse is different. They can’t judge just looking at videos. Some people are too rude and judgmental, which really speaks more to their ego than their concerns. I’m praying you get in that horse soon! You can and will do it! 💪 Please share more horse stories, or any childhood stories ☺️. Love ya! 🙏💞
I love watching everyone ride their horses! Pay no mind to people telling you how to ride. You've been riding your whole life. I personally am trained at riding English, and they're lots of rules, but you and your family are casual riders and that's fun too. They're lots of ways to ride horses 😊

Norma here. Loved your visit with your dad. You two have such a special bond. I can just picture Lester flipping him over the horse. Your dad tells such great stories. After hearing his story about Luce’s daughter, I’d be scared too. For some reason, I never pictured that your mom would enjoy camping. You had a wonderful childhood. Your whole face just lit up while talking about things you remember. Hope you get to ride Big Boy soon. He was so good with Jake. I think Jake will be riding both Willow and Spike every chance he gets. 😊😊😊
Kim, girl you are more of a horse person than most of the ppl on here. So sweetie you do you and don't worry!! Gosh guys please be nice and respectful and let them do themselves!! Love y'all and God Bless
We had such good trail horses that you wouldn’t even need to touch the reins because they were very leg sensitive so all you had to do was squeeze one side or the other with your leg and that horse would turn in that direction automatically. it’s good that they didn’t put the bit in this time because she could possibly be mouth sensitive and you just don’t know until you put that bit in her mouth. I think he did a wonderful job.❤
I wish my Dad was still alive Kim, he died of cancer but his heart took him out and it was a terrible heart attack. the pain he went through, the look of pain on his face and clutching onto his chest. A beautiful father who never hit us 11 kids, never drank alcohol, spent time with us, always encouraging us. Worked hard to educate, feed and cloth us. Dad was a battered husband as mother was a violent woman, not only to Dad but also to us kids, and it wasnt until 6 months before she passed at 69 that she was diagnosed with bipolar, now this is very understandable of her behaviour while growing up. Poor Mum going through life being confused about her behaviour, luckily Dad was a very patient person and never hit mum. However I wish Dad was still alive, you are lucky Kim you have your Dad, a blessing to the family, that he is still with you all. Your Dad reminds me a lot of my Dad with his sense of homour, his calmness, and the love he has for his family. I love and miss my Dad soooo much.
KIM , lol you made me think of my youth I could pay everything I owed 135.00 a month that was car payment insurance and Gas for the month ! Good old days when .50 cent gal was hi and if you had 5 dollars in gas you filled the tank hahah ! I love that you have your sweet baby boy he looks very happy to be with ya!❤ Your doing a great job ❤
Good video Kim!! People need to know Jake is just learning, him just getting on and trying is a huge step and the horses are getting rode some, those two horses have been great! He'll learn more as he goes!! You need to have someone around when you start out again!! Loved the past stories too!!
I love watching the horse videos Kim. I’m so proud of Jake for conquering his fear of horses no matter if he doesn’t know what he’s doing yet 🤣 I’ve never been around horses. Once as a very young teen my friend saddled up her horse and I was going to ride for my first time. When I put my foot in the stirrup and put my weight on it, the saddle slid sideways. That killed my self confidence and I thought I was too fat to ride a horse 🤣 I finally got up but I’m terrified of heights and I got dizzy. I don’t think I’ve been close to even pet one until about 10 yrs ago and I’m 57 now 🤣
Hi Kim and Levi. Thanks for sorting cabinet out for your dad it will work just perfectly in his kitchen love listening to your memories of riding when you were younger. Jake is gaining confidence more and more which is so good to see. So happy for you Kim. Have a wonderful day and rest the knee. Take care God bless. 🙏💕🦋

Also when PawPaw was telling about Lester helping him on a horse. 🤣 I know these things will pop in my head again, and I'll 😂 again. You can tell PawPaw really appreciated the cupboard back. God bless you and Levi always my mom always loved horses. I loved unicorns. I think they were horses, but I do love horses and I can’t wait to see you riding your horse and I can’t wait to see Dan riding his horse. I think it would be pretty awesome, I would have loved to learn how to ride a horse that’s always been my dream to ride a very nice horse that would not hurt me in anyway lol I think all of us stink like that but anyway I always loved horses. Good luck with that new journey and sending prayers always.
What a great childhood you had! I am sure you miss the riding and the excitement of the unknown. Lol...well maybe not all the unknown. Watch out for cougars!
God Bless you too Levi and your Mom. Love hearing your stories, of growing up Kim. Mine were almost the same. Maybe Jake will get a horse too. Was hoping he would get the horse, he found in someones yard with no water and the horse was ties to a tree. Can't wait to see you riding your horse..
Kim, I am so happy that you got your horse. Please enjoy riding him while you still can. You are so giving to everyone elses needs that I think it is time for you to be selfish and do for "Kim." I am too old to climb now, although my mind tells me different. My husband and I fell over each other the other day because my mind thought I could climb onto a chair. Well, I fell backward, and he tried to catch me, 😂😂 and he ended up falling over me. 😂😂 Thank goodness for two huge bags of potting soil 😂😂 that broke our fall. Enjoy your horse, ride him however you want, and enjoy the breeze blowing through your hair. P.S. Levi is so precious. ❤❤
I remember your dad telling that story! That would be enough to spook anyone! It would be great to see you do something you love… it’s kinda like riding a bike, right? With a good, calm horse it’ll all come back to you! You’ll be able to take rides with Elora!
Good afternoon Kim, I love the video. I think my favorite part was in you and your dad were talking in his kitchen about the cabinet you brought. I don't think your dad knew you were videoing and therefore he wasn't picking on you the way he does, Arthur fun of course but I don't like it. You are such a wonderful person and have so many talents. I saw how excited you got when Jake was riding Spike, spike is a good boy and there won't be long before you'll be riding too as long as you need holds out. Thank you for being you you're special. Enjoy your blessed day XXXO 💕😁

Just a thought. Kim please don't let the back seat driver tell you what your doing wrong. Such a great memory. I go up nth camping and always leave my trailer doors open at night. I’m never scared cuz I figure the dog will let me know if there’s something out there. One night heard a coyote pretty close so I shut the doors that night.
How about getting the ok from LE and Megan to go into the back pastures of the Sanctuary? Currently, there are no animals back there. That cabinet will be perfect for storing Pawpaw’s pans! I love the stories of your younger days ❤

Great video Kim. Big Boy is such a joy.
I know how you feel about saving building materials, but I agree to save it, it's way too expensive nowadays!!
Hi Kim. Laughed 😂 about you hitting the other kids in kindergarten with your cast. Probably shouldn't have laughed but I did. Also when PawPaw was telling about Lester helping him on a horse. 🤣 I know these things will pop in my head again, and I'll 😂 again. You can tell PawPaw really appreciated the cupboard back. Continued 🙏 for your knee. God bless you and Levi. ❤&🙏
Love youi and Levi, and God bless you too. Love your stories!
Excellent video Kim! Really enjoy watching . Thank you! You’re a very hard worker and so helpful to others, I admire that so much Kim!
What a great childhood you had! I am sure you miss the riding and the excitement of the unknown. Lol...well maybe not all the unknown. Watch out for cougars!
That was sweet Levi… God bless you too and Kim! I love y’all! Have a wonderful day!
Hello Kim, PawPaw, Dan, and Levi. It nice you help PawPaw. God Bless. Love you all.❤
Kim, I am so happy that you got your horse. ❤❤
The oldest child tends to be a caretaker.
I remember your dad telling that story! That would be enough to spook anyone! It would be great to see you do something you love… it’s kinda like riding a bike, right? With a good, calm horse it’ll all come back to you! You’ll be able to take rides with Elora!
Love how you and Your Dad Get along so well ❤️
Good afternoon Kim, I love the video.
Hi Kim and Levi your videos are so interesting to me. I'm also get it about not wanting to get in a horse when we get older. ❤️🙏❤️🙏
I want to ride but I don’t want to be thrown lol

Kim get someone to help you, your mind says you can do the things you use to but your body is telling you that you can’t!! You have got to take care of yourself for you and Levi! Love to you and Levi!❤❤❤🐾🐾🐴
@@marthaturki4891 I don't understand...help me do what? ❤️
@@catchinupwithkimlifting things with your bad knee. I know from experience. I am 72 and still think I can do things, that end up causing me pain some where.❤
@@marthaturki4891 oh yes, if I need help, although I hate asking, I will.❤️
@@catchinupwithkimlove you and precious Levi so much and only want the best for all of you!❤️❤️❤️🤦♀️
@@catchinupwithkimlove you, Levi and the whole Morrow family so much, y’all make this old ladies day for sure!❤️❤️❤️
Good blessed you all also ❤
Hi Kim and Levie, I hope you have a good day. I love you and your Dad working together. 🎉
Good morning Kim and Levi. With PawPaw cabinets would they fit under the counter on the refrigerator end, you could build something to keep it off the floor. Then he could still have his window. Just a thought. Kim please don't let the back seat driver tell you what your doing wrong. I watch a lady that has been around horses her whole life, her parents rise and sell horses, and she does too, they are always telling her she is doing something wrong 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
@@ginacurtis1702 lol he was already starting to hang stuff up there on that part that was "supposed to be a window" so I think his window idea had already gone out the window lol
@@catchinupwithkim thanks for answering,. You have done an amazing job helping him.🥰🥰🥰
😹😂😹😂. Pop's story about getting on the horse
❤watching the video ❤
When I had my horse, I always loved horses and I had to work. I used to babysit to buy the hay and I had to board it so yes, I had to work to feed my horse.
God bless you too, Levi! 🥰
It funny how some people can tell others how to do things they will not do for theirselves. Kim, it's funny that what you build hasn't collapsed.
@@stevenshytles3484 lol what things? I hope they don't collapse whatever you referring to lol
Kim you do what you know is right for your horse and don’t worry about the know it all that will drive you crazy whenever they get the chance to. You have to have thick skin to be a TH-camr. 😂
yes you do. Jake is right though, to a point...you may have 300 comments but only 15 negative ones and those are the ones that stick with you. He says he just doesnt read the comments
Such a great memory. I go up nth camping and always leave my trailer doors open at night. I’m never scared cuz I figure the dog will let me know if there’s something out there. One night heard a coyote pretty close so I shut the doors that night.
lol❤
Good Wednesday morning 🙋♀️🐕 Kim and Levi. 🥰
Hearing Pops say “Yeah!” After talking about Lester throwing him over the horse, he sounded just like Levi!
How about getting the ok from LE and Megan to go into the back pastures of the Sanctuary? Currently, there are no animals back there. That cabinet will be perfect for storing Pawpaw’s pans! I love the stories of your younger days ❤
I love hearing stories. I hope you can ride soon. ❤🍯
