Liked your video and thanks for showing the layout of the room. I have one question where did you get those white drawers that are underneath the refrigerator? It looks really sturdy and it has drawers that are convenient.
We originally ordered something from Amazon, but it wasn't sturdy enough. We got this drawer stand at the Container Store. They have everything you could possibly need but we only needed this. They had a sale for people going to school setting up their dorm room, gave me a coupon code that I was able to use on the unit (same day).
They do not check your reservation time at move in. Those times are to try to keep it from getting too backed up on the curb. We went early and it was open and easy to park and move around (7:30am). It got really crowded at about 9:00am). The college provided large bins. At SLO, they keep them at the pull out driveway right before you enter campus off Grand (right side of street) if you don’t see them on the sidewalk in front of the dorms when you pull up. When we got there, they were right in front of the dorms and ready to use. Super easy!! You should unload your car into the bins and move your car off the sidewalk right away, then unload the bins into the room. This means someone needs to stay with the bins while you park. Key pickup. I’m not fully sure. I think we got it at the concierge for my daughter’s building (the front desk in the building student center). If not there, I know we also checked in at tables in the courtyard at Yakituku.
