Werewolves needed a update. Like they have 1 bar. People say it’s easy. Yes easy but a non werewolf one bar build with lighting staff has more dps than a werewolf player. You have to balance these two out
not only that but werewolf dps is infinitely less forgiving with the 10 second buff timers of carnage and hircines rage, if either fall off, especially the former, your damage is tanked

10:45 this seems like a big NERF to werewolves in my opinion. Howl of Agony is your main dps spammable and rather than the flat 25% bonus to enemies that are facing you (which will be the case most of the time) there are now two conditions to get 10% extra damage each and with the off balance cooldown there's no way you're going to get even a 20% bonus for much of the time.
Not really, it's a small nerf for solo pve werewolves as yeah the enemies will be facing you a lot of the time, but for everything else it's a pretty good buff. For example, as a DPS, you're supposed to stand behind the boss while the tank taunts and turns the boss away from the group which keeps a lot of aoe cone attacks and such away from you. So that means, just for proper DPS etiquette you have to lose that 25% extra damage until they're feared again (if they even can be feared) For PVP, the old version just makes turning your back to werewolves an actually viable strat, as again it reduces their damage massively while you work on recovery or retreat. Now turning your back isn't going to be a weird werewolf counter. So sure we lose a maximum of 5% extra damage theoretically, but in actuality it's actually giving us the ability to even use it effectively in most scenarios.

If I recall, you can get 4x light attacks for every 1 fully charged heavy as a wolf. Seems like heavy isn't going to be time effective for stacking hemorrhaging.

Like i am saying one month ago: many people asking buffs for every class but nobody knows who scribing will affect each class yet. Maybe Necromancer can get buffs from scribing for example. Betty Netch buff IS REALLY GOOD FOR FROZEN WARDEN ON IA. WereWolf Ball Groups? My gosh!
yeah, scribing will get Necromancers a reliant stun and access to a more reliant way to pre-buff with Major Sorcery and Brutality BUT they still need to fix GLS, it's clunky af rn. It's the only ability that helps a specific other ability which is odd to me. Like why can't Flame Skull create a corpse every third cast without Grave Lord Sacrifice? Just give Flame Skull that, make Blighted Blastbones' ability cost dual cost dependent on the higher resource, and change up Grave Lord Sacrifice a bit. Like make it increase the damage and healing of Necromancer abilities and over time effects by 15% for 20 seconds and while it's active dealing critical damage restores X Stamina, and Magicka. These changes don't over power Necromancers and actually gives players choices on how they want to play Necromancers which is ultimately what they want.
Any chance they might add ranger/hunter class and follow up with a guild even tho it's not lore friendly toward elder scrolls universe, I just like those things

They need to bring Back L&H attack sets to PvP. If their damage was over performing, why not just lower the damage. They removed them from pvp altogether. That killed an entire play style. Bring Storm Master back to PVP. Lower the damage to 900 if you have to. Make us WWolf players great again.
DPS player here, thinking of dipping my toes in the tanking scene. Already started levelling my Nord toon and got him the WW skill line. I was planning to get the tormentor set and have been farming BC1 😊but is it no longer viable? What would be the best sets now for WW tank?
same as for other tanks - tanks must buff the group... e.g. tremor + crimson + pearl... plus skills for cc, ranged taunt/pull, crusher, and more buffs... including major force but having the horn or sax on a ww seems impractical
Hopefully a combo of class skills, ice damage skills from muitiple Grimoire skills, and the ice destro will give you and other players that power fantasy. Everyone deserves to have both fun and lethality without having to choose between the two.
PvP Templars DO NOT NEED an immobilize. The beam is so OP and so simple to use. So now they will immobilize, then apply their OP mindless death ray? Great.
I’ve been playing eso for 3 months now. The classes are all broken to begin with. Arcanist and Werewolf literally melt anyone right now. No matter what. PvP is broken for this. I can play Templar and pop off heals, no matter what it’s a 2 second death for me. The whole set thing is kinda ass, which they would change that. You gotta spend 50$ just to get a half decent set fully upgraded or spend 400 hours grinding it out. I like the game, it’s just unbalanced
Instead of making heavy attacks taunt, zenimax should make howl and morps taunt enemies after using deafening roar, that would be way better then using the clunky slow heavy attacks
Necromancers still feel bad to play DPS wise. Also even with these buffs to werewolves, idk if they'll be good enough for hard end game content, either in vet dungeons or trials. Also no love for vampires
I’m a huge WW/Vamp player love the set up, would be nice for updates I love that hemorrhage got added to both ww and vamp. But a model update or some positive adjustments would be nice. I’m not complaining I smash with my WW using oakensoul, but hey the game keeps going so some updates would be cool.
you know, i am still surprised that necro hasn't gotten the either bar treatment for the passive bonus abilities like Bitter Harvest or Shocking Siphon, they really just feel random about who they're giving it to.

I would love to get back into ESO but I need optional crossplay to make it worth it. I play with too many friends who are on PC so for us to start playing something it would need crossplay. I really hope they add it eventually.

i really want to be able to play just straight up martial abilities, like just a regular thief, or warrior with cool weapon moves vs every ability/build ending up becoming just crazy magic looking.
That is exactly what I'm doing but on PvE. I have one bar all 2 handed skills and the other all dual skills.Eventually when I want magic ill going into my class stuff, soul, mages, staff, etc.

Only thing Id love to be changed is for the Warden... is basically impractical for a Warden to be a werewolf! Simply because you can't use your Wild Bear in one bar and the Wolf on the other... because the bear dispawns when you change them... Now.. Im not saying you should be able to have the bear up while transformed.. but rather, it should dispawn as you transform, not as you change bars. Also, you could use another ultimate along the bear.. it's jot broken as in the sorc you can have both a clanfear and a twilight at the same time per example... so why not having the bear up with Dawguard at the backbar?

The Nero for all it implies is still not up to par as the term, necromancy, implies: Dark Magic and all its hype is not on the playing field to date. The Arcanist does fall in line with the Necro.
in my opinion. this WW change not enough for PVE tank because of 2 reason rather than previous Tormenter set. 1, Heavy attack is too slow as you said. 2, WW doesn't have range taunt. PVE tank need more quick taunt n' pined enemy group (if tank doesn't have range taunt, enemy group will move after tank going) in otherhand PVPsituation just OP coz passive major protection during WW form. now WW will going unbalanced roll like NB class🤔
Yeah that's the only positive I see with the werewolf now I'm going to pair them up to my Nightblade let's see how far I can break them, and now you know nursing the 25% damage is heavy attack for DPS and Indian movie cost of stamina and assume Health as well and Magica at this point in time he's just going to be a one hit wonder my question is where is this special taunt supposed to go on the bar I'm assuming so I lose another slot for an ability all I see is there's way more negative than there is positives, are the devs really that naive so how do they figure this is an upgrade for the werewolf I digress
I was just mentioning how ww's should receive a way to taunt. I do a lot of tanking as well as play a lot of ww so being able to do both is going to be awesome. Dps better step up their games, about to be a lot of oakensoul ww tanks out deepsing the team.

Been using tormentor set for years for tanking on WW. The problem was that set was pretty bad, the heavy attack thing is awesome.

Werewolf destroys in PvP everytime one is in the game they destroy everyone
not against top tier players, you have to be very skilled with the sub-class to do good against elites.
they gave us an aoe taunt on heavy atk builds doing 30k dmg ......
the taunt only applies to the primary target

Tanks have a viable DPS Hybrid Build now for normals and some vet dps checks to offset missing damage
