Yes, You can start giving if you don't have enough milk supply but better to take supplements to increase breast milk than weaning so early..(just to give good immunity to baby🤗)

According to my experience plz don't give ragi or any cereal before 6 month, my baby showed greedy for food soon after completing 4month so I gave ragi she too liked it but baby lessened drinking breast milk which decreased her weight

No u should not. Doctor told that formula powder should not be mixed with another things. It should be only mixed with water in prescribed amount mentioned in the package.

Why are we adding pepper to porridge?
Ragi is not easily digestible food for babies, so adding little pepper promotes digestion. During cold Ragi tends to heavy to digest. Thank you😃
