From the SOUTH to the NORTH of Kent - Part 2

Welcome to Part 2 of my journey through my home county of Kent.
In the previous video, I left my home town of Broadstairs and saw where the road took me, well, after a very long and sweaty day, both myself and Trev ended up on the south coast of Kent in the darkness in Hythe.
In this episode, I travel home but didn’t want to take the same route back, so I travelled north towards and through Canterbury, up to Whitstable on the north Kent coast, and then along the coast during a wonderful sunset.
I hope you enjoy watching as much as I have done making and editing it.
The purpose of these videos is to bring you some visual entertainment, as well as hopefully making you aware that it is ok to open up about our mental wellbeing. It took me over 37years to tell anyone about my struggles, so I definitely fall into the trap of keeping things in and wearing a mask, this has a shelf life and mine expired a couple of years ago.
Life can and is so much easier when you are honest and open, and are comfortable with any vulnerabilities you may have.
Talk. Open up. Share. This is the first building block to freedom.
I encourage you to open up to anyone who you can trust and will have a sympathetic ear, or to dial one of the numbers below, no matter what your current state of mental health is.
We all can do with a trusted someone we can confide in.

I think many people discover, near retirement, that they have been defined, perhaps unhealthily so, by their jobs. I love your concept of letting go! Then comes the possibility of reinvention? Good luck, Warren. I’m really loving your travels with Trevor.
