Our Martin and Chris had the good sense to fuck off on holiday for Easter so Gavin grabbed our heavy loss specialist, Craig Chapman, to see if they could ignore talking about any of the football from the win on Good Friday over Cardiff or the horrific loss yesterday to Blackburn!

Craig attempts to get Kristjaan Speakman's attention by accusing him of picking the side himself, poor decision making, appointing his mate in a caretaker role unnecessarily, poor player recruitment for a while, resting on ancient successes and tells him to sort it out like because this isn't on like and we may get relegated next season if he doesn't sort it out like. No protests have been planned as yet.

i had to double check this was the roker report podcast I was listening to and not someone else. well done for finally FINALLY letting someone on this show to actually speak out about this mess that the usual contributors have shamefully turned a blind eye to.
New MANAGER must have input into new signings and staff. What's the point of keeping the existing coaches, especially after the Blackburn result.
The stated ambition was a push for the automatic spots. So why did this data-driven hierarchy totally ignore the data regarding the average age of squads who achieve it? Same reason they refused to get a first-team-ready striker and a holding midfielder. They cost more than peanuts. KLD seems to be conducting a financial experiment not running a football club.
Half of the teams in this division aim for top 2, doesn’t mean it’s realistic. They haven’t backed up their ambitious words, not denying it. But anyone thinking we were ever in with a top 2 chance was mad. If he comes out and says a top half finish would be decent he’d also be criticised
@@Ftbl1973 Totally agree. They told the fans what they wanted to hear and we can't compete with the parachute payment clubs,. Ipswich has done just that. They cite data when it suits them and ignore it when it doesn't. I never expected a top-two charge because the model they are pursuing will not get us there. The average age of a top-two squad is twenty-nine. Ipswich invested we speculated. This Cheap Charlie attitude was never better exemplified than in the Black Cat bar debacle when hell-bent on fleecing a few Mags he stuffed our pride into a dustbin.

The whole club has to be torn down. KLD is clueless he need to sell up. If Speakman stays we will go down next season. Our players are very average. The future is not bright.
