Nice review and nice car. While towing my caravan with my Rexton, I accidentally took a wrong turn that led me to a very steep hill somewhere around Bells Beach. I thought I wasn't going to make it, but Rexton performed well.
Yes Anton, I was super impressed with the power whilst towing, we will be adding airbags to the rear of ours as the WDH does cause a little Por poising and I feel the airbags will help settle the Rexton when towing a heavy van. All in all a very capable tow vehicle :)
We will be doing a follow up video to show the headlights on country roads at night tonight, taking the wife out for a meal tonight so I will grab the camera :) This video should be up this weekend :) Thanks for watching and supporting us.
I took delivery of my Rexton Ultimate December 2023 and currently sitting on 18000kms. Done significant towing of my Coromol 22ft van and found the power to be very good with great fuel consumption. VERY comfortable drive. My ONLY complaint is cap price service disappointment..... quoted standard 30000km service this month (2 year service) I have to pay extra for the front diff oil and fuel filter replacement. Although it has only done 18000km I have to do the 2 year 30000km service. This adds +$300 to the"capped price" service price. NEVER had this with my other capped price car services. Anyone else had this issue? Would appreciate some feedback. Happy with EVERYTHING EXCEPT this false capped price claim. When I questioned why the oil needs replacement after 18000kms, they said I do not need to buy will lose my warranty on that component! Cheers Luke
Yes the capped price is a bit of a joke, you have to look at items which are due by their schedule and add that to the basic price, simply I service the car at work, I work for mycar and the vehicle is a leased vehicle, that way I can keep the cost down :)
Towing 2,5t, 3 adults and 2 kids in the vehicle 13.5 - 14 l per 100. 17 - 19 l when strong headwind. 7.4 l per 100 when not towing with 2 adults and 2 kinds in the vehicle.
@@MegaAnufriev yup, economy is very good without towing in the 7/8s, weve only towed once with it and was a short tow on a windy day and saw 19l but felt that on a longer tow it would drop to 14/15 so glad that's what you're getting Anton
I am towing with mine a lot and yes you definitely need weight distribution bars and tows great.

@@Richard-Tanya thanks for the feedback
Здравствуйте,подскажите пожалуйста, головное освещение в как ночью освещает дорогу?
Clearly not the strongest aspect of this vehicle.
The headlight are ok, better than most modern vehicles but not fantastic, I would class them as acceptable:)
@@Richard-Tanya спасибо большое за ответ, но если получиться снять как фары освещают ночью дорогу, было просто отлично)))), извиняюсь за наглость!)))
@@ruslanivanov831 Спасибо за ответ!)
I will add a second video of the night vision and the interior illumination:)
I've been driving exactly the same one for 9 months now. It is fantastic and won't let you down.
Very nice. What is/was the Litres per 100 with & without towing ?
