THANK YOU tomek! I think tonight I will celebrate that achievement with a Pizza :-)
I am also attempting to put to together a thank you video which will be a short video showing what the rest of the Electronics shop area looks like. Not sure what it will be like but look for that to be posted Sunday.
Thank you again for being such a great supporter of the channel and the ZoomTown Experiment - I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!!
      Cheers!
      Chris

I have to applaud your perseverance and willpower. If you had to say the percentage of the project that is already complete, what would it be?

Good morning youcasc9038, thanks for the compliment and the GREAT question, very much appreciated!
When I started this experiment, I thought it would run about a year. Without making videos about it, I would guess it would have taken about 4 months or so.
I entered into it from the beginning knowing that a this would not be easy nor would I have everything figured out from the beginning. I expected problems, perhaps not nearly as many as have been happening and that was the wildcard in predicting the duration at the start. But all those problems have made it so much more enjoyable, especially when the viewers are offering ideas, suggestions, and moral support!!!!!
Right now, I would have to say the experiment is about 60% to 70% finished.
There is still so much more to do. The Zoomie control software is probably 90% done. The Zcheduler (Raspberry Pi using Python and PyGame), which runs the whole experiment is much further behind, perhaps about 30% complete. However, I have been working on that code for the last few weeks now and am making some good progress so it might be in better shape that I am estimating.
Finally, we get to the experimenting. I am very suspicious that once we start having the Zoomies moving around, that a lot more ideas and suggestions could come into play.
So far it has been a great project for me and I am glad I decided to do it. The TH-cam videos have been fun to create and I love that process. The viewers have been SO AMAZING and helpful and supportive, without that, the experiment probably would be drudgery by now.
As for a TH-cam series, it has not been successful. Unfortunately it ranks the lowest on my channel for views and revenue. I can't say I am surprised by that. There are not too many video series like this and it is on a very abstract subject.
With that said though, the TH-cam portion of the experiment was secondary. It is a means to document the experiment and to share the experience, and with that perspective, I am very glad I am doing it and sharing it.
Thank you again for the kind words and question!!!
      Cheers!
      Chris
