I've noticed in some of your videos that you are fond of opening cupboards or sometimes touching items like bric-a-brac impulsively without first asking for permission from owners or their reps. I cringe every time you do that. It might seem trivial to you but some people might get offended when they see you doing that to their property. One piece of advice; it's not hard to ask first before doing so. Asking them would show utmost respect to them and their possessions.
I already did sir so don't worry about that. Some would like to know, some wouldn't. My reason, if they are selling the house, and they are not living there anymore, they expect a buyer will visit anytime for occular. I've noticed in some of your videos that you are fond of opening cupboards or sometimes touching items like bric-a-brac impulsively without first asking for permission from owners or their reps. I cringe every time you do that. It might seem trivial to you but some people might get offended when they see you doing that to their property.
One piece of advice; it's not hard to ask first before doing so. Asking them would show utmost respect to them and their possessions.
I already did sir so don't worry about that.
Some would like to know, some wouldn't.
My reason, if they are selling the house, and they are not living there anymore, they expect a buyer will visit anytime for occular. And not all wouldn't care what's inside of what and what's made of what.

@@BuchawalsAdventure I saw in some of your videos that you held an 'antique' plate spontaneously or the shells in a pile. If you would do that to a westerner I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate that.

Then in this video you open a kitchen cupboard and focus on the contents and even check on the coffee's brand. 🤣 That's too intrusive and I think it's not in the best interest of showcasing the status of the house.😆

Depends on the location. There are areas that have good water source and I would say the beachfront property in the video is in one of those areas.
