There's an old saying, "An OLD man's head on a YOUNG man's shoulders (or something like that)". He's pretty grounded & very focused, which is something you don't often see in YOUNG people these days! Additionally, he's very HUMBLE and REFLECTIVE too! He's becoming a really special ROLE MODEL for the next generation of athletes (Any/All Sport's).
