Keep in mind that every stand shown is in the weakest possible form. PJJ2 is all about adding onto your base stand with fusions, blessings, ULF, & subspecs.

It doesn’t matter how modern you make the game if the combat looks like this . The moves genuinely look like they were taken from old 2018 PJJ same with the animations and sound effects. It doesn’t have to be flashy it just has to feel good to use and actually work right . People will leave this game and deadass say old PJJ is better

It has a unique time based move to differentiate from other TS stands. Or are you really complaining that they are being original with its new time based move instead of copy and pasting the usual TS like other JoJo games?
If you want timestop then hybrid it with regular TW (pretty sure time stop is the hybrid move for it), the time overwrite is a lot more interesting and easier to balance

game looks good, but the combat feels lacking. All the movements are quite slow, and while the graphics look good, the combat isn't very impressive. I hope for your success, though-best of luck!

No timestop, makes sense, cuz Heaven DIO does not uses time stop to attack, BUT, you could add Time Stop teleport, cuz he uses that ingame
time stop teleport is the same as a normal time stop just what u cant se what happen in time stop and it looks like he just teleported
