Doesn't matter. The fact that other people have parts of your struggle in them should be the focus. Feel validated and happy that maybe you could find someone (s) who could help you figure out how to cope with symptoms better because they don't struggle in that area but have the same condition.

I have learning disabilities. I can read to myself but it takes me a bit to read it outlook and even understand what I just red, math is basicly impossible unless it is basic. Prospering information is a nightmare for me. Just seeing this video made me relive what it was like when I was young. Most of what was on hear I could not remember regardless using the correct hand. All the steps were almost impossible..but it is true this is almost an even day thing

Having a learning disability makes me more depressed then what I already am. Plus I'm outta School now and so far with the adult life...there's no aid to help, people expect you to be at a certain fucking level now and my brain just isn't meant for this adult life..

I don’t know if I have a learning disability. I do know that I had a childhood filled with trauma and my home wasnt calm enough to do homework or study. I feel like focusing is very tough for me. I can read but I can hardly ever retain information when studying. Math is tough because the rules are confusing to me and seem to be situational which confuses me. So many things to remember just to do one thing.

It is a disability, however, sometimes people say learning difference. I use them both, but learning difference is something I used more as a kid so I didn't feel as self conscious

    • @jillgio7187

I didn't know how to answer the question about adjective because I couldn't remember the meaning and how to use it.
funny thing is.. I read the meaning with examples about an adjective like a 1 -2 months ago.
And I don't even remember a fragment of it now.
Even more interesting is.. I learned to speak and read Japanese at an intermediate level.
But if you ask me anything about the structure , grammar like what's a verb in Japanese..
I don't have an answer and can't explain it.
I went back to school to try and pursue a different career but I am struggling at remembering information.
I have to put like 10 times the effort compared to my peers just to get the same or average score.
When I get put on the spotlight to answer a question, my brain just freezes and unable to answer the question.
Even though... I learned and read the material just the day before.
I also have trouble navigating using a map. Till this day, I still can't tell what's North, south etc.
I have to continuously drive on the same route over and over again for me to get familiar with it.
And even if I am familiar with the route I still have my gps on. Just in case...
One wrong turn and I will completely loose my way.
I also want to point out I have aphantasia. Meaning I have zero mental visual imagery.
Everything is always pitch black in my mind. Oddly enough.. I like drawing.
As a kid whenever I couldn't focus in class, I just ended up doodling on my papers.
I always struggled academically even from a early age.
Now as an adult.. I am wondering if I have some kind of learning disability.

    • @amai459

It is like to describe a noun.
      For an example:
      "The cat is cute"
Cute is the adjective. I hope that helps.

An adjective is something that describes something.
      Like:
      The fast boy.
      Fast is an adjective.
The yellow car drove down the road.
      Yellow is the adjective here.
