I'm also an Air sign. I'm Aquarius. I really like that they provided that larger card with the visuals for the correspondences as well as the little booklet. The card would be nice to hang up but you'd still have the little booklet to put into a journal as a reference resource. That first present, I love the inclusion of the little bell with the feather holding the bag closed. If it weren't illegal, I'd like to find a crow feather and add a small bell to the calamus of the feather. I think that would make a really nice main piece of some witch bells. I wondered about candles, if they could be representational instead of burning. I have asthma so I need to be careful what I burn, but I also have a cat with special needs. I try to be very careful about what she might be able to get into or exposed to. Because of that, I haven't gotten any candles yet as I wasn't sure if they could just be placed as a representation instead of actual burning. I love Jasper. Picture Jasper is one of my favorites but they are all lovely. Very cool box. Thanks for sharing the unboxing.
Everything about this box is perfect. I have to ask but you mentioned about the Crow feather and it being illegal to attach a bell to it. Can I ask which country are you from asI didn't know about law against using feathers? As you know I'm from England and its OK to use feathers. You have got me being curious now 🌛🌕🌜
@@goldenwolfhm I'm in the US. The Migratory Bird Treaty Act makes it illegal to possess any North American songbird body parts including feathers, even if you find it on the ground with the logic there being there is no way to prove you didn't harm the bird to get that part. The treaty has existed here since 1918, though amended a few times to add Canada and Mexico, partly because millinery demands for austentatious designs was wiping out entire bird species just to have entire taxidermy displays. Ther is more to the treaty but that is the part that means I can't pick up feathers.
@Vylxis I never knew about this at all ! We don't have any law against you having any feathers if you come across them naturally so I am so glad that you have taught me something new. I totally understand why the law is in place as per usual people take too much from mother nature instead of enjoying them in their own environment. Every time I find a feather now I'm going to be reminded of how lucky I am to be able to pick up a feather and keep it. 🌛🌕🌜
