I think the curls it's a good look for a quick on the go style like you said and anything that saves time to me is worth it but for me I'll be scared I'll wrap wrong and my hair will be all tangled up looking a hot mess!😆💯
I just feel like you could do this exact same thing with a bunch of flexi-rods if you just wrapped it and turn them to the side that same way. In fact it seems like you could probably get more definition by doing multiple flexi-rods this way versus the one band
