I am living the famous weekend through all you TH-camrs! I am enjoying your video. Your room looks so cozy. I am loving your projects too! You are so sweet. I am subscribing! I don't have friends who knit. My mom was my knitting partner. I miss her so much. She was before online became so popular. She would do her solitaire. If she were still with me, she would be loving these TH-cam channels! I may not have been there but I have bought so many things that I saw there!!! I stayed dry too but I would have loved to experience all the knitwear!
What a lovely memory of your mom, and I’m sure she’s still with you as you get in your stitches. Thank you for subscribing and I hope to see you on the hill someday! 😊
Still your cardigan is among my favorite knits of the whole weekend!! I’m super impressed that you were so productive on your time there!! I barely knit a stitch. And content production to boot! Go Mia!!
Loves your outfits. Your Heirloom Quilt Cardi is so so beautiful (but I’m so sorry people were petting you 😳). Thanks for sharing your recap and I’m excited to watch your spinning journey progress.
First time viewer. I'm delighted that I found your podcast. Great recap of Rhinebeck weekend. I was there for the entire weekend and had a wonderful time. And, love your color choices. Looking forward to your next podcast. I also will be at Flock so hopefully we can take a photo!!!!! Oh, your knitting is gorgeous.
Thank you for such a lovely episode! So happy to have met you at Rhinebeck this year (although, I am terrible with pictures and am also shy about asking, so I didn't get one either, alas - next time!).
Thank you for such a lovely wrap up of your weekend! And thank you for supporting those vendors. I have to say I never realized you needed to buy tickets for these events. We have numerous yarn festivals here in Oregon that I have been attending for 15 years. Our two biggest yarn festivals of the year are Black Sheep Fiber Festival and the Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival. We have never had to purchase tickets for either of these festivals. So I am curious as to why you need to purchase tickets? Has it always been this way?
So the festivals I’ve always been to (NY and MD Sheep & Wool) as well as ancillary events have had an admission cost. For the big festivals it’s always just been about $10 which is the fairground fee and that goes to the actual state fairground from my understanding, while the booth fees vendors pay go to the organizers of the event for everything that goes into putting an event like this on.
TU for sharing a wonderful podcast. I always look forward to them.❤❤❤
You are such a delight. I’m so glad we got to meet at Rhinebeck. Your Heirloom Quilt Cardigan is just gorgeous! *chef’s kiss*

Sorry to have missed you! I was definitely still a bit raw when I filmed it and thought about re-recording it, but que sera, sera I guess.
