the taste is depend on chef who cooked it.
When i moved to hongkong, i couldn't find the exact taste of nasi goreng.
eventough there are alot of indonesian restaurant here, or even chinese restaurant who has fried rice on their menu, but really, not even one of them have the same taste like indonesian fried rice.

Fyi. Most Indonesian people like to drink tea. we usually drink iced tea or hot tea as a complementary drink. Can fit breakfast, lunch, or dinner. "TEH BOTOL" is one of Indonesian people favorite famous brand. If I'm not mistaken, there are food restauran in Seoul that sell "BAKSO" BAKSO is one of Indonesian specialties that you must try. It has differents name based on which part of Indonesia you live, it can be "bakwan jagung" or "perkedel jagung" or "dadar jagung". Not gonna lie it's one of the best side dish in warteg ;_;

Hi Chanuuu, I just wanna recommend you some other Indonesian food / snack such as:
1. Sate (satay). Skewered chicken / beef / goat meat then grilled (similar to barbecue) and then poured with peanut sauce after cooked
2. Ketoprak which contains rice cake, bean sprouts, white tofu, vermicelli, and fried eggs with peanut sauce. It's like bibimbap, but the sauce with mashed ground peanuts
3. Tahu goreng isi (filled fried tofu). Tofu filled with carrots, bean sprouts, then spread with flour and fried. Suitable to eat while watching tv, playing games "among us" or even when the weather is raining.
4. Martabak mie (noodles martabak). It's simple snack only noodles mixed with eggs then fried. Sometimes Indonesian people eating noodles martabak with rice, because it can be an alternate for a side dish. (Indonesian people can relate yakaann)
Maybe you can try cooking that foods with Yunhyeong 😆 ㅎㅎ
