I love this conversation here 🙌🏽🌹💡 i agree that what is MOST effective is removing vows and soul contracts in their entirety and forgivness (p.s. you CAN join the temple of forgiveness free akashic meditation to cut cords and close out contracts)-- but overall you can do this yourself thru cord cuts and if you have already cut the cord, calling on the other persons higher self and with love, releasing and revoking any vows or contracts with that person in ALL lifetimes
So if my past person was lurking in my social media, energetically keeping me awake at night, or sending me evil eye or bad energy that is affecting my mood, I would imagine this person to be like an annoying mosquito endlessly buzzing around my social pages, buzzing around my face at night in bed keeping me awake, buzzing in my window while I'm chilling and relaxing at home.
