Nice work. Sounds great! I've heard there's kits that lengthen the tensioner plunger to take up the slack, but that is only if your chain guides are good. For us hardbody owners (mine's a 93), would it be possible to enlighten us as to the total parts cost of of this project? Thank you.

paint markers help with bolt paterns.
