I know people have so many different opinions with family channels. But I love that y'all take breaks, are honest it being hard having so many kids and trying to vlog. It seems like y'all are genuine with not filming when your kids don't want to, and when you need to focus on family. You don't see that too often with these kinds of channels.

I’ve watched you guys since Khoa surprised Keren with your first home, but I only had my first baby in March of 2022, him and Hanson are actually a month apart! So it feels weird to actually relate and see Hanson at his stage of life and know what that feels like as a parent, if that makes sense😅 as opposed to just, seeing you guys with kids, I actually know what that feels like, which is interesting! As a Starbucks barista : if you like the coffee as an iced latte, just do your espresso/coffee hot and not the milk, the coffee and expresso will cool faster without the milk being steamed into it. If you worry about portions buy a measuring cup and do your milk cold! You can pour it all over the ice and coffee/expresso! Love you guys ❤
plus if you like the frothed milk, there are frothers for cold milk or you can just get one of those handheld electric whisks. you can also make coffee ice cubes so it doesn’t dilute. also, if you add in the cubes one at a time, the glass won’t crack

Also you can just buy a shaker : you put ice + your coffee, milk and syrup, close it and shake it and your coffee will be iced ! You can pour in a cup with new ice cubes and voila

I’ve been brewing my coffee at home and refrigerating it since the pandemic. I used the same sweetener as you guys until it became ridiculously expensive on Amazon so I now make that at home too. Boil equal parts water and sugar and add vanilla for flavor. I honestly like my iced coffee at home much better especially when I add a touch of heavy cream on top. I’ve found that the best coffee is Mama’s Boy from Jittery Joes.
I am an avid leaver of my coffee in random places. Making my ice cubes out of coffee helps my issue sometimes, so i can just pop it back in the fridge or add more ice if it melts down! I rly recommend it!

I have the same nespresso and in order to do iced latte just add syrup first to cup (if you use some) then just add your pods and brew espresso into cup but don’t use the milk frother gadget on the nespresso! Once the espresso is in your cup add the milk cold to the cup and add ice and it’s perfect every time!!
Your family is so cute, been watching your channel for awhile now. I don't usually comment but you mentioned that your milk was a lot, I'm a new mom and in Breastfeeding Group they mentioned to help you could take a break if your milk letdown is fast or strong. Burp the baby and then can continue again. I know your an experienced mom but I thought it might help to share.

if it is iced coffee I would recommend brewing the hot coffee over ice. if it’s an iced espresso drink, mix the hot espresso in with cold milk then pour together on top of ice

Because the water is colder in toilet,Khoa....test the water you are leaving outside...in Florida that water can get very warm very quickly.
So love your family and always amazed how you manage! But please, please guys be super careful with the two little ones around the pool. Never take your eyes off them.
The danger time especially will be when you expect the three older ones are watching them and kids being kids they can easily get distracted. Oh man I dont even want to go there. Your family is beautiful and happy. Praying it stays that way without any preventable accidents.

I found this awesome cold brew set on Etsy that's in a big mason jar! I love it, the cold brew makes the best iced coffee, imo. And then I froth the milk with the syrup and pour on top..yum! Congratulations, she's beautiful.

You should add com tam, banh mi, bun bo Hue, and bun thit nuong to your menu at your restaurant, Khoa. Introduce more delicious Viet food to Orlando so peeps know what our food is all about...not just typical pho. Then there's banh xeo, banh cuon, bun rieu, bo kho, bo ne, bo luc lac, all the caramelized dishes like the ribblets, chicken, pork, fish, etc.
My dog does the same thing! She likes cold water only, I guess te toilet water is colder than her indoor water bowl. So silly, she loves ice water too!

Yes. You can make the coffee the night before. You can also put a ton of ice in the blender and crush the ice, THEN pour the cooled coffee over the crushed ice. I make iced hot cocoa with that recipe. Delish!
