Shampoo avoid nahi kar sakti but mild shampoo use kar sakte ho. Use hair mask like onion, aloevera, egg. Once in a month.. Drink plenty of water. Water plays major role in your hair health. Sote waqt baal braid banakar, bun banakar soya karo. Khula choroge toh split ends & hair fall ki dikkat hogi. That's how i revive my hair. Agar aapke baalo main bohot jyada Breakage & split ends ke wajah se length hi nahi hain toh usko cut dena hi behtar hain. Guys for god sake do not listen to her • If you want long hair, then do not trim your every month ❌ • trim it once in 6 months and✅ she probably become careless about her ends and didn't oil it everyday or as she said she have low porosity hair she probably didn't use the right oil for low porosity hair like almond oil or rosemary oil and probably use something else like coconut oil I have long hip length hair with no split ends and thick ends with low porosity hair and i use almond oil twice in my ends per day and i trim it once in 7 to 8 months

@@honeyverma5319 i can suggest you my shampoo but I am not sure if it will work for you 😭 cause we got different types of scalp, i have oily and itchy scalp with a tender head that means my scalp gets inflammation easily so I use a Himalaya bhringraj anti Hairfall shampoo, it's pretty cheap but it have sulfate in it which is a bad ingredient for shampoo and scalp but I have no problem with it cause i always dilute my shampoo with water and only shampoo once a week and i don't use too much shampoo at once
