Definitely legit ques. The ques can be translated to, "Do I know if there's a crash coming?". If you know there will be an event that causes a crash soon, you can wait. Otherwise just slowly buy in, but also set aside some money in case of a crash

Didn't SIA issued bonds and rights issues during the pandemic, so they have to pay offer these debts? Therefore impacting future dividend yields?
