@@KainYusanagi Yeah, it's called a Raise. Usually comes with a higher workload. You might even get a...promotion! More money = More work, right up until you hit upper management, then it's more about how much you can suck-up to higher-ups, less about how much work you have.
@@Kaiimei My sarcastic post was pointing out how in many careers, you no long get raises, just more and more work. Over the course of a year, we ended up getting the workload of three separate departments shunted onto us with no raise whatsoever.
