I love your hauls! I am actually a minimalist and only buy my kids about 3 essential gifts for the holidays. So, I live maximally watching you buy for your kids. I think that each family should do what feels right to them and I still love to see other peoples “stuff” 😆😆
I agree with you don’t like seeing how people hate when others get their kids a lot for Christmas. I did it too when they were little but now there I have a tween boy and a girl that’s almost an adult I’m tired and just do 5 gifts each lol

This reminds me of my christmas as a kid. My parents went all out! Now as a parent my self I do the same. I appreciate what my parents did way more now that I am a parent. They sacrificed so much and worked overtime so I could have christmases like this.
♥️♥️ Same! I love that you feel that way as well. It’s appreciation on behalf of the receiver and the giver for sure. I remember so many of those gifts I was looking forward to! The Polly pockets, talking dolls, Suzy scribbles, Popple plushies, gameboys, rainbow bright stationary, The Jem dolls, and of course the Disney Dollars in my stocking to use on the next trip. Haha yes, those existed when I was a kid. 😂😂 I think the people who say “the kids don’t remember the toys” are really under estimating the intelligence of children. YES! I agree with this comment so much! They will only be the age they are once. When they are pre-teens, they most likely will only want cash and cards (and Stanley Tumblers 😆.) I don’t want to miss out on the Christmas morning wonder in their eyes. Those days come and go very quickly.

I LOVE this so much! My son was born in 2020, so my husband and I weren’t able to spoil our little guy for his first 3 Christmases because of multiple job layoffs. However, this year our circumstances have changed drastically and now we can spoil him- so I went looking for ideas. I was beginning to get disheartened after being inundated with minimalist and “no plastic” videos. Whenever I would ask anyone for recommendations , they would tell me some variation of “kids don’t need toys- only get him the essentials”. I started to feel like I was a bad parent for wanting to get more than a few things for him or that I was getting him the “wrong” things. This video honestly made me want to cry out of joy for finding my proverbial tribe. Thank you for showing that it’s okay to do things like this and that it can be done responsibly. 😊

Great video!!! I would love to see what you got your kids for their stockings. Luckily, I wrap my kids Christmas gifts & stocking stuffers right away and lock them in my closet. I also spoil my kids for Christmas, Easter, birthdays, and special occasions like graduations. My kids make out a Christmas list, but the rule is that they might not get everything on their list, and their may be surprises that they didn't ask for.

Hi there and thank you so much!!! YES! Absolutely! The Switch Lite is perfect for that age. They have a lot of fun age appropriate games for that age range as well. Paw patrol, peppa pig, sponge bob. The lite is perfect for the smaller kids because of the size and price point. It’s better to start smaller, yet they get to play the same games. Not going to lie my kids are 12 (boy) and almost 18 (girl) and I want to have another daughter so I can buy her all these Disney toys and dolls.
