Great pressing, your OHP is massive in comparison to your bench. Mine is like 60% of my bench weight lol
My bench max is 150 and my strict press max is like 102.5 so it's not far off 60ish%
@@TobyLifely I feel like your press 1RM is probably higher than that rn based off that set
@@LiftingBoomer87 Yeah I haven't tried a strict one rep max in a while, have been focused on reps and push press
