Eternal was too American in sound and look for me. Like a female cross between Boyz II men and New Kids on the Block. Especially the video for Stay felt like that. Didn't like that video much, but the song sort of got stuck in my mind for a while. Don't you love me no more was different. Liked both the video and the song. My favorite of theirs I think? Love Kelle Bryan and her Martine character in Hollyoaks, though.

The whole Toby SL is pure nonsense. Not only would it have been impossible to keep him locked inside a room for 10 years without anyone discovering it, all the time he had been born in a hospital. Both health check ups, vaccinations, school, dentist and more would either have noticed something was wrong, or they would have wondered why Toby never turned up, and reported the case further. Secondly, there isn't a single publisher who would have published a book about a minor being locked inside a room as an experiment. The doctor would have been arrested, struck off and prosecuted, had she tried to publish such an experiment. It is nonsense all of it. And dangerous nonsense since it creates an incorrect picture of the people and circumstances where children, wheter youths or adults, who kill their parents. Most people who do this does it because they in their delusion either believe the parents to be someone other than they are, or because their mind is misleading them that their parents are plotting against them. It is not an act committed from vengeance, or malice, but more typically fear as a result of delusions or paranoia. Those cases are real, I know of one which just is a few weeks old. But the backstory Hollyoaks has given Toby is too weird to be anything close to reality. So by including this SL Hollyoaks is creating the misleading and incorrect image that disturbed minds kill with malice. But that is usually not the case. It usually is the fact they are not able to distinguish between reality and delusions which causes psychiatric people to kill with intent. Their intention to kill is real enough, but they often feel themselves to have acted in self-defense, since they were convinced either that there victims were out to kill them or harm them, or because they in their delusions believed their victims were someone other than they were, and who represented a serious threat to them.
