I bought a car y'all!!! After a whole year and some change of sharing a car with my mother GOD blessed me with a car!
I prayed and spoke with GOD so much like PLEASE don't let me buy a lemon, my family and I need a reliable car that will last us more than just one year.

Oh yeah I forgot to tell you. It’s ok to purchase a car that need a little work that needs a little work. It’s better than having a car note anyway. You are doing right. Speak life into your car. Don’t talk bad about it. One thing I don’t do is talk bad about my car. It is lasting and it gets me to A to B. This a true story. One of my family members always speaking bad about her cars. When I tell you she have the worst luck with cars too. I learned from her not to talk bad about my ride. I rarely have car problems. I hope this helps. I feel you made a good decision. Some cars just need a little maintenance when you first buy them. You never know who had the car and how they treated it.

First order of business with a used car is to get a real mechanic Jiffy lube is not it they will up sell you a rock if you don’t know anything about cars ask family and friends for a good mechanic if possible congratulations good luck!

Congratulations❤ You did the right thing by taking it to a mechanic of your own to see what maintenance needs to be done. Dealerships will tell you anything. Better safe than sorry. If it has over 120,000 miles on it ask if it has a timing belt etc. You want to get those belts changed. At most small car lots they will tell you any and everything. Do the research yourself. Keep the oil changed and your fluids checked. My child father works on cars. He said when you test drive it at the dealership drive it for atleast 30mins to make sure it’s not going run hot. He said to get on the interstate and push it hard to see if the check engine light will come on. If it so then you know it has codes and most likely they cleared them before putting for sale. He’s been maintaining my 2007 Kia Sportage with 228,000 miles. It’s still going.

1.) Make sure you take it to Auto Zone and they can also do a systems check for free.
2.)You can go to Walmart to get a fresh new oil change. That will be under warranty. 3.)Lastly, always put a car on insurance before you drive off the lot and find you a cheap extended warranty.
4.)Learn how to change the cabin filter inside the car by looking it up on TH-cam you can do it yourself.
5.)Also get a fuel exhaust cleaner completed.
Pray over that car for traveling mercies wherever you go and you will be fine. You are blessed and highly favored In Jesus Name Amen!!! HE is faithful 🙌🏽

I am 72 Years of Age and I only take My Car to the Car Wash when I have been on the Road in the Rain or Snow Storm. Otherwise! I will remove the Pollen with an Old Swiffer, than I use a Waterless Car Wash and Wax for Detailing. Not to be hard on You. But I am Speaking from experiences. That $14.00 spent on the Mats was not a need. They were a Want. Until You have Saved for those Necessary Needs. This is the type of Spending that You will want for consider putting on the Back Burners, because Trust and Believe! That $14.00 could have Feed Your Family for a Week. I will join You and Claim in Jesus Name that You will no longer let the Word ‘BROKE’ pass Your Lips!🙏🏽

Your mechanic gave me a different perspective, I also didn't think about it it like that. May I suggest you check the tires, brakes and radiator. Also, write down what maintenance you've done to it, when, and miles. It'll come in handy. Congratulations! 🎉

Gas and 4. Future Car Insurance. If You began purchasing all of Your Foods and Household Items during the 50% off Sales, You will quickly see how this type of Stewardship over Your Finances will Grant You with exceedingly Blessings over Your Family. I did this for two Years. If the Food Items wasn’t at least 30% off. I left it on the Grocery Shelf.
Congratulations! There is no feeling like having something that you WORKED, SAVED and SACRIFICED for and it comply 100% YOURS that no one can take from you or claim credit for! Good example you are setting for your children to work patiently for the things that you want and trust God to provide and not run out and get things on credit and live outside of your means or sit around waiting for the government or other ppl to hand it to you. There are a lot of stereotypes and statistics about ppl living in the projects - your children will not become one of them. Because it's not where you live , it's the example set by parents and you are doing an AMAZING job!
