I'm sure it does help fly up faster. Plus, looking up more than needed helps make sure I'm aiming high enough to fly upward instead of just horizontally in a pinch
looking up while pressing whatever key you use to move forward makes you go up, and downward if you're facing downward this also applies to andromeda and hurricane's hovering transformation

If you're trying to get accuracy, I'd recommend his regular atk module for that. For tech mods, I'd recommend velocity and secondary cooldown recovery. I haven't tested tech as much for neutron, but that's what I would recommend after the Hotsteel tech testing
So I use Impact Armor, Augment Shield, Defense, Assult Program, Artillery Module, and Melee Components. And it made Hotsteel a more Berserker Class Tank Mecha with a bit of Hit and Run if you get what I mean and whether nerfed or not nerfed cuz I played Hotsteel before and after nerf, nothing changed when I used these six modules
I just use hot steel as a artillery although we do have caramel but I just got steel for the role and I can just fly and run away but if a enemy Mecha come close and I still had full HP I would probably fight him and win........ seriously coming closer to me when I am using hot steel is kinda stupid since I can land all my hits on em.
Clip, Iron Wall, March. Hotsteel's explosive charge is broken and doesn't deal the intended damage, currently. So Presence module is a situational swap out

I see so accuracy tech is not needed cuz i use the precision rifling attack module?
Not as much, unless you use Energy Bind like me. Then I might use one accuracy module at most. Even then, I don't feel like I need it usually
