False! I use the t3 tapered wand for my fine/ wavy hair. I use it on the lowest possible heat setting, and the curls remain tight and lasts 5 days!

do you have serial number?
So, my T3 iron doesn’t have that technology. I ordered mine from Macys last week. Do I have the older version? I have a “twist-on” feature at the bottom of the iron.
Hmmm…maybe you have a different one? Did you get the curl ID curling iron or a different one? That’s strange bc regardless both t3 curling irons I have so not have a twist on feature 🤔

Why is so difficult to turn it on?
I don’t know that’s something I don’t like about it.
My curls didn’t even last for 15 minutes so I dont know how yours lasted 3 days???
How your hair holds a curl has a lot to do with the texture and type of your hair. My hair is thick/coarse, so naturally it is able to hold curls for long periods of time, even without hair spray, regardless of the method of styling I use whether that’s this curling iron or a different one, rollers, etc. It may be that your hair is more fine, which my girlfriends who have fine hair also say they have a hard time getting their curls to last. I’ve heard that if you use a heat prep spray that can help…I’ve also heard that if you spritz a little hairspray on each section right before you curl it that can also help with longevity! I hope that helps!
