Hi man. I live in New Zealand to and I have just got myself one of these. I got the silver 250g with the sport pack. I got to say its a great car. I’m loving it so far. I had a BMW but wanted to get away from the cost of keeping the BMW now and just enjoy something cool but also reliable.
There a epic car man and cheap on fuel if you do a lot of long distance trips

had it for a year now was planning to do a video this week of my over all experience with the car things ive found to be a issue and things i like about it as its sort of to much to type out in the comments sorry

So I have found this car modded looks sick asf is it reliable and does it have any well known issues the one I found is a 300g tho
Only things ide look for when buying another make x especially if it's a fresh import is the jack points and look for paint bubbles in the wheel arch as that can mean rust this is cause by japan putting so much salt on the Roads
You also should check the left rear brake caliper as it is a common issue to break but otherwise its like the perfect car looks great sounds great and for a V6 2.5L /3L it's pretty good on gas

Hi...what about the average fuel consumption highway/city?
after having it for a year we get between around 500km to a tank average when we took it for a run from nelson to christchurch it made it there on 1 tank of 95 hoping to get a exhaust done coming up and get it tuned as well

Hey bro I'm from Nelson NZ just wanted to say thanks for the info on this car!! I have one aswell it's the same apart from mines a 2006 and it has a vertiga bodykit which includes (front bumber, side skirts and rear bumber) with custom chrome mags I love it!!! Haha anyway thanks for the video about this man look forward to ya reply if ya wish to comment😁

1. How do I know if my 2007 Mark X has traction control?
2. Is it possible to change language to English
3. What is the fuel tank capacity of a 2007 Mark X?
4. How do I activate the car's anti theft system?

1 traction controll button is on the left hand side of the stearing wheel if its not there try do a skid a yellow light of a car will show up on the dash if it has traction control
2 some can be changed to English but 99% can't and will need to replace the head unit ( its a pain to do so I haven't bothered )
3 depending on the way you drive and if it's open road or round the city i get around 600-700ks to a tank depending on how hard I drive it
4 had mine for over a year and have never managed to activate the anti theft system some apparently didn't come with it

it has 70 liters of fuel tank

Done hill runs in mine a few times haha traction controle off second gear in tiptronic and send hahaha mines got some gay ass beeping when it thinks your going to crash at full lock tho

How are you finding the mark x mate?? I'm lookin into getting one of these they sound like a decent car not to many issues... I'm looking into getting one with low ks sort of around 50-60k same sort of year as yours.

After having it a year now it's still going strong with no issues at all just general r&m economy is good and heaps of boot room as I have a 2 year old fits the pram well
I got mine here in japan for $4000. I think it's better if you order from Japan it's cheaper I'm not sure how much you pay for shipping though.
@@carlosperry4301 problem with buying one myself from japan is it costs of shipping the cost of registering it in New Zealand when it gets here for the first time ( around $1000 nzd just for that ) and the extra costs like if it needs new tyres if it needs rust work fixed as if it has rust it wont pass and be let one the roads if it has aftermarket mods like non stock wheels or ajustable suspension or camber arms then they need to be replaced with stock ones of certified
